If I could give 10 Stars I would! I called Mark on a recommendation. Our office heat stopped working during the coldest spell this winter (21-22). We originally called A&S Nathan. They told us our system was shot, and we needed an entire new system and quoted us $17k! Looking for a second opinion, I called Mark Garamella. He was very polite, understanding, and friendly. He had Anthony come to our office. Anthony was also very polite, professional, and very responsive to questions. Anthony got our heating system working, after A&S Nathan actually worked on the WRONG system! I can only imagine what could have happened. MA Garamella saved us a $17K bill, and from now will be our go-to with any minor or major problem. This team is honest, sincere, and very personable. This is very hard to find in today's climate. Big companies don't seem to care about you anymore. And that personal interaction with a business or business owner has lost its way. You won't see that with Garamella. I can't say enough good things right now. I highly recommend to anyone on the fence, or is considering their options on who to call for HVAC repair. Either way, you owe it to yourself and probably your wallet to at least call for a second opinion. It could save you a small fortune as it did for us. Thanks Mark, Jim
Absolutely best service and pricing. Company replaced air conditioning system and hot water heater. The technicians were very knowledgeable, hard working. Would definitely recommend.
Absolutely great service! I'm very surprised by bad reviews, but then again you need to be careful of disgruntled ex-employees. They came out to service my ac/heat when nobody else would in the timeframe I needed. The service tech was upfront and very knowledgeable. I was able to get all necessary work done in a timely manner and very cost effective compared to my old service company who left me high and dry in my time of need. Definitely have a new customer. Im a little surprised by negative reviews. As of head of maintenance for a local factory I struggled for years to find a quality HVAC service company. M.A Garamella came recommended by someone else in the industry. Since establishing the relationship about 10 years ago the service has been nothing short perfect. They fix it right the first time. Their PM's are thorough and I no longer fear opening the invoices. I wish all my contractors were as good as M.A. Garamella!
Will never call these guys again, terrible service, non proffesional and Way over priced, make sure you read the contract before you fall into their trap.
Terribly overpriced! Bunch of thieves!
