Kyle and his crew are knowledgeable and got my system back to working order on the same day as their on site.
I contacted Kyle/Lynnwood Heating to upgrade my heat pump and furnace based on my general contractor's recommendation and was not disappointed. Kyle came the next day to give me a bid which was very reasonable compared to the bigger companies and started removal/installation the following week. Scope of work included removing old heat pump and furnace and replacing with a new 3-ton system (Bosch heat pump and Day and Nite furnance). His crew came on time, kept the worksite tidy each day, and were professional and friendly. They even went the extra mile on customer service when they noticed my bathroom fan needed to be replaced and installed a new one on our behalf. Couldn't be happier with the experience and would recommend Lynnwood Heating to anyone.

Super professional and was right on time, had the problem sorted within 10 minutes of arrival, follow up was perfect, left the place more cleaner than before and made my house warm for the winter…this is a honest contractor one can rely on. Kyle was rude, sloppy and unprofessional.His "crew" consisted of himself. He arrived late, and left early, I was without heat, this was in February, and he was to have everything installed by Friday, he left on Thursday and said he'd be be back on Monday. He removed my old oil furnace and put nothing on the hardwood floors and carpets to protect them. He left black oily soot footprints all over my house. He didn't install ducts correctly.He left the oil furnace parts in a pile in my driveway even though I told him the gas company was coming and the area needed to be cleared. His contract stated he was to remove all the waste. I fired him and had to have every thing done over, except for the heat pump which he did install correctly. I had already paid the contractor more than half of the money.
We had a great experience with Kyle. He replaced our oil furnace with an electric unit. He walked us through several options and offered a reasonable price. He went above and beyond when we had some challenges during a remodel. He came back out to the house and adjusted a few things to ensure everything would work with the design. We’re so happy we found him- highly recommend!
My family is extremely appreciative for Lynnwood heating... they replaced our old broken heater in the middle of winter. They were very quick, very professional and friendly. I highly highly recommend this company!!!! We will be loyal customers!
This is a great operation. My heater wasn't working. I called Lynnwood Heating and Air Conditioning and a service technician was dispatched immediately. Within an hour. He was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain very clearly what was wrong and what’s my options were (and what the priorities were.) I’ve used Lynnwood Heating and Air Conditioning in the past and will continue to do so. I highly recommend them to anyone else.

Kyle was quick to help us out in a jam and was able to come on short notice. He didn't charge us to come take a look at our job like many of the other companies that we called. Kyle was awesome to come out so late to fix my heating issues. He was very informative and professional, with no up sell. He was able to diagnose my problem quickly and was able to get my heat back on. Great price for the value of his service. Highly recommend.

I was simply trying to locate the metal screens for my electronic air filter on my 20 year old furnace. I had trouble connecting with an actual human. I left a voice mail stating my issue and Kyle Miller/ Owner called me back in a very short time. He explained a better solution and even stopped by to take a look at what I was referring to. He advised me on how to best deal with my immediate concern and explained why my existing system was inefficient. He was not hard selling me anything, just explained in a clear concise way how I might improve my heating/cooling system when that was appropriate for me. I really appreciated his friendly and knowledgeable help. He is a rare treasure in today’s service sector. Highly recommend. 👍👍

Kyle was quick to respond. He outbid all of the other companies and was very knowledgable. He was a pleasure to work with and gave us several options. We enjoyed working with Kyle and Justin. Justin was also very helpful and knowledgable. He answered questions when I had them and took the time to explain everything to me. They installed the unit within 2 days as promised and we're now enjoying the cool air and new furnace. They also cleaned up the area and sealed everything in a very neat and clean manner.
