Lymuel AC is awesome. Recently I moved into a rental property and the air conditioner was not working. The contractor sent out 3 different companies and nothing. Marcel was able to diagnose the issue in minutes. Even though I was having problems with the contractor, Marcel kept me updated with the status. He fixed the air conditioner unit in minutes. So I spotted this AC truck 2 houses down doing a new installation for my neighbor whose home was Damaged a few months ago do to a fire ! I wanted to speak to the AC guy to see if he can come replace my thermostat! So about 2 weeks ago my husband tried to upgrade our thermostat in our home an he had know clue but he tried .when trying to hook up the new one it wouldn’t come on clearly my husband missed a step setting up the new WIFI thermostat or crossed the wires wrong because it wouldn’t come on .. So he took it off a put the old 1 back on . when he did we had no heat just cold air!! Well Now my husband isn’t here to fix the issue ..So sorry for the long review but after spotting this truck the AC guy at Lymuel AC did Awesome an was very helpful an willing to assist me the same day an was very affordable an quick will be reaching out again in the future ..

They never showed up and never returned calls &/or texts Was waiting (8:30am to 3:30 time window) for a scheduled coil cleaning and they were in the wind and never called to reschedule. They lost a lot of money. Pull out coil cleanings are very expensive. Wish I could give ZERO stars to submit this review.

Our AC was slowly getting weaker day by day for a couple weeks, called Lymuel's AC & Heating, and it's been working better than it has since we bought the house. I recommend them for any Heating & AC issues! Will always be my go to.
Called Lamuelle ac and heat out to help me on a commercial project they came out and repaired the system in a timely manner. I have since referred them to several of my clients and would continue to use them.
Marcell from Lymuel's installed new ducts and a high end 3.5 ton ac system at my home in River Ridge. I was impressed by his knowledge, workmanship and professionalism. I'm one of those Engineering types who are very particular about mechanical/electrical installations. Lymuel's exceeded my expectations. I was so pleased that I asked them to install a new 4 ton system at our camp in Terrebonne Parish. Once again, the equipment was top quality purchased from Flick Distribution and the installation was clean and professional. I've already recommended Lymuel's to several of my friends.
