Richard and Tony were super fast, friendly, and awesome! Thorough but quick diagnosis, explanation of options, and a smooth repair while taking care of all the warranty coverage details/arrangements for us. A very pleasant experience and my family is so glad to have our air working again as the weather heats up :)

Luxor came out the same day I had called into our warranty company when our air conditioner went out. Rich was very professional and friendly. He was great to work with our warranty company to get this issue resolved. Tony and Juan did the new installation very quickly. They were on time, professional and cleaned up completely. They took the time to show me the work they did. Highly recommend this company.
They were very friendly, and professional. On time and fast.. I would never go through anyone else.. The last guy that came I caught stealing from me and Luxor made me feel like that would NEVER happen with them.. I think they are amazing 🤩 Thanks guys ❤️
Had duct system sterilized. Super responsive communication as to what I needed and what they were able to do. Had an appointment in less than 24 hours and service was done in about 45 minutes. Could not have been happier with how simple and painless the process was, I highly recommend.
Luxor’s technicians have been professional and mindful and respectful of myself and my husband. They were so helpful and assisted in getting a new system that was needed as per our home warranty. I will work with them in the future for other needs as well.

Great experience with Luxor. Communicated when they were on their way. Found our AC problem quickly, explained it simply, and fixed it.
AC unit servicing found bad component. Our technician RICHARD was very capable, able to effect repairs immediately, and was quite speedy. He was very knowledgeable and explained issues with aging equipment in a non-technical way, allowing for me to understand overall AC future needs and recommendations. But overall, he made the experience with repairs easy and efficient. He is a credit to LUXOR Heating & Air servicing co.
Richard and Tony were a huge help. They let me know when they were gonna be here, let me know when they are on the way and explained everything on what happened. Really appreciate their good work and would recommend them to anybody.
Great company! Richard was awesome. Super knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed my A/C and found a super small leak in the system. He could have easily said the unit was bad, but he didn't and he quickly fixed it. Highly recommend Luxor HVAC.
Richard came out and took care of our ac issues. He explained the issue and resolutions available.
Very professional and polite. Communicated well and often about appointment date and time both before and on the day of the appointment. Completed work quickly and provided feedback on system performance as well as information on how to upkeep the system as well.
Luxor was able to come out the next day and service our A/C. They were professional, polite, and answered every question we had with confidence. We purchased the home in the Fall and didn’t know much about the A/C unit. We’ll be using them for our rental property as well. Highly recommend Luxor!

Richard, thanks for making sure i understood how my a/c system works, thanks for adjusting the connections and making sure contact was at 100% ( even when the tune up was done 8 days prior). You are very approachable making it easier to ask questions with out feeling judge . I will share your work expertise with all my friends
Richard was so awesome! I missed my initial appointment and he was so laid back and patient with me and rescheduled my appointment the very next day! I 100% recommend Luxor and especially Richard. I was told by another business that I needed to spend 8k to replace my whole unit and Richard came and fixed it for just $200! I’d give 6 stars if I could
