Very Professional
Super helpful in fixing our issues with an upper level that had always baked in the summers and freeze in winter. Installed a system quickly, looks great and didn’t make any mess even though it was quite the project. Out home feels completely different. Should haven’t waited so long to call. Will call again and refer.
Came to fix my furnace. No PPE and very rude. Furnace still isn't working right. Going to call somebody else to do the job right. Side note...anyone that reviews his own company and says the owner is a great guy is trying to bury the truthful reviews. Lutz is a Putz.
Very rude dont use this company
Gentleman from Lutz stopped by my apartment to fix the AC today. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and made the air conditioner worse! Not to mention, he wasn’t wearing any PPE. Frankly, in my entire 30 years living, I’ve never been treated or spoken to the way that the contractor from lutz talked to me today. He did such a poor job my property manager had to schedule another appointment w/ a different hvac specialist for tomorrow morning. In the meanwhile, my dogs and I are @ a hotel because my apartment is 85 degrees. Thanks Lutz!
Great guy running a great business!
Horrible driver. Speeding through construction zone going 70 in a 45 where workers are present. Had his company logo on the back of his truck. Doesnt send a good message at all. Slow down so you dont end up killing an innocent worker. I called him and politely explained why I was calling and told him it doesnt really send a good message to speed through a construction zone where there are workers outside risking their lives with drivers like him, and he came back with trying to tell me that I wasnt going the speed limit instead of accepting responsibility and thanking me for my advice. I've never really done that before in my life, because it seem like it's a petty thing to do but I couldnt help but think of those construction workers and how I would feel if I were one of the workers wives, I would not like people risking a life that was not even their own. The man I called was the owner of Lutz Mechanical and he was very rude with me and hung up on me. I did not yell, I did not swear, or call names, I was very polite and in response he was very rude and defensive.
Great service. Fast response and will treat you fair.
