Have used Luther’s Jr. for all my HVAC needs for my home in Bellevue, TN. Lucas and the team have been maintaining and fixing my system for years and just recently had to replace the entire unit. They always respond immediately when I call and turned around equipment sourcing and installation in a couple days. They even applied for unit warranty for me and set entire remote thermostat up - I didn’t have to do anything. Friendly, courteous, trustworthy, expert. I couldn’t ask for more. I trust Luther’s jr!
I love it when someone comes to look at/fix something and they're honest and willing to just fix what's not working instead of pushing me to think I need to replace with something new every time. Murphy's Law: Anything that can go wrong, WILL go wrong at the WORST possible time!!! This is especially true with AC! When my unit went out, I got a couple bids from some of the big name HVAC companies and all they wanted to do was sell me a new unit...They didn't take more than five minutes looking at my system to even see what was wrong, just kept pressuring me to buy a new unit that same day! A friend of mine recommended Luther JR's to me and I'm so glad I called. Turned out to be a fairly easy fix and Lucas had me up and running within a couple hours. Saved me THOUSANDS of dollars! Feels good to have someone in the industry you can trust. I know that when it does come time to actually replace my system, there's only one place I'm calling.
