Six months after an installation, fixed without charge a problem that was not caused directly by the new unit.
This is the second time I have used Lucianos for my HVAC system in 3 years. I have a plan with a home warranty company and am always happy when they send Lucianos out. I've read the complaints about them not calling people, but if a part is on order there's nothing Luciano's can do until the part comes in. It would be nice to get an update but a small company does not have the staffing/resources that larger companies have. Luciano's came out right away twice in 2 weeks and fixed my HVAC each time. The first was to replace the broken part, the second was a few days later. Apparently, a mouse was lying across 2 terminals keeping the system on! I would use Luciano's even if it wasn't who my warranty company recommended.

Well you didn't do anything but gave me the wrong diagnosis. Received a 2nd opinion from another hvac and wasn't the same as what your tech gave me. Don't know who to believe.
I'm very pleased with Luciano's. They were contracted to do my A/C repair through my home warranty. Alex was very responsive to my call, got here when he said he would, and was very pleasant. He diagnosed the problem quickly, got it fixed, and didn't leave until he made absolutely sure that everything was back to normal. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!

Our home warranty company assigned Luciano's Air Services to work on our furnace which had been out of commission for 5 days. Shaun arrived in the time window specified, and was able to diagnose the issue and get our furnace running again during his visit. He took care to listen to my description of the issue and was very respectful and knowledgeable. He took the time and care needed to fix the problem and restore heat to our home. In addition to the service he provided under the home warranty, he took the time to let me know about another minor issue with the furnace that was outside the scope of the warranty. He told me the exact part that would be needed and described how I could fix it. I found this to be above and beyond any expectation I had. I am very grateful for the service I received from Luciano's Air Services.
