WOW! These guys are SO good! Brian & Randy were very knowledgeable, professional and fast. I called Tuesday at noon and they were out the next morning and had the new Rheem hot water heater installed in less than 1 1/2 hours. Love that they use good quality products and they registered it for us. I will recommend them to all our neighbors and friends.
We are still waiting to get a quote on the price to install water softener. Called two times to check on quote - guy said “were still working on it” its been 2 weeks and counting. Going with someone else; would have appreciated a call back.
Lucero & Sons are the Picassos of Plumbing! I had a leaking water line under the foundation of my home...they quickly and professionally detected and repaired it. This was not a small job and they got after it. Their creativity to slip a new line inside a damaged line saved cost and even more intrusion. I had a Rheem Preferred Platinum 42,000 Grain Water Softener with Wi-Fi Technology and a GE Smart Whole House Water Filtration System GXWH70M. Both can be accessed from my cell phone and also get alerts from both devices. Very clean installation. All employees were professional and courteous. I recommend them as an excellent choice for your plumbing needs. Recently I had them install a Water Heater Recirculating Pump it significantly reduced the time required to get "hot" water at the kitchen sink. It should reduce water waste, as a result running the water for several minutes each time you need hot water.
Buyer BEWARE!! Friday 1/6/23: This company responded to a claim I made with my home warranty (HW) company for a water heater leaking. From the start they made it clear they wanted to sell and install a water heater direct with them and not file a claim. Telling me they had 10 water heater claims denied this week and based upon the age of my water heater my claim would probably be denied. They told me they could replace my water heater the same night if I dealt with them direct and would send a technician out to give me an estimate. I agreed to this and when the technician arrived, I had placed calls to the HW company and they told me that if the water heater was defective, regardless of age, they would approve a replacement. The technician, as soon as I said I wanted to file a claim began telling me lies related to the claim process. He said that the HW company would "Take 6-8 hours to approve the claim and therefore I would not be serviced until Monday, but they could replace mine tonight if I purchased from the direct". This was a LIE! I had already received confirmation that once this company submitted the information they would approve the claim within 15-30 minutes. Based upon the call with their dispatcher and the face to face discussions with their technician it was clear to me they would provide service for a replacement if I purchased direct but that would be delayed if I decided to file a claim...PURE BLACKMAIL!! I chose to file the claim. They asked for the $75.00 service fee, I wrote a check out for that amount, they didn't give a receipt, business card or anything for me to contact them and left in less than 10 minutes. After an hour, I called the HW company and they had not received the report from this company, even though the technician took pictures and sent them to his boss while at my home. The HW company called them asking for the repair report and they said they would send it in. About 1/2 hour later I received an email from the H

I had called for service to start up the furnace and a tech showed up at my house and lasted about 30min to tell me he couldn't turn it on. That I need an HVAC tech to fix it? So then what kind of tech was he?... story short he charged me 180.00 dlls to do nothing and i asked for a receipt and office ppl don't answer my calls anymore. Poor service never again. This company is a scam. Have poor knowledge of technicians. Disappointing on a local business. I had to call another HVAC plumbing services....and I am really surprised and how quickly they started to get the furnace working!!!! Very professional and caring! Not expensive either.

H2O whole house filtration and non-salt softening system and 3 toilets were installed. All work was done professionally and courteously. Work areas were kept clean with minimum disruption to the household. We are exceptionally pleased with the products supplied and the service.

We had a major project. After rocky start getting scheduled, I blame that on the pandemic, the project went very well. Ralph, Jason, Chris, Beau and Marco worked very quickly and professionally to replace the yard sewer line and house water supply like, We have a rock yard so they had to remove rock, dig the trench, replace the lines and replace the rock. You cannot tell it was even moved. A special acknowledgement to Beau and Marco. They replaced the sewer line under the house. they replaced the drains that were almost completely clogged. They replaced faucets and the replaced water lines. They did a really terrific job. I highly recommend Lucero and Sons Plumbing.

Awesome! Quick, responsive, thorough. They made sure to explain everything and that everything was in working order before they left. We couldn't be more pleased. We no longer have leak and were left with peace of mind. Highly recommend!
This is the second time I've used Lucero and sons plumbing for some work around the house that I had no idea what I was doing. I followed the techs around trying to learn so I can do more they were glad to show me what and how to do things that will save tons of money in the long run. Super professional punctual and awesome. The prices didn't break the bank and the job got done right. I will definitely call again if I need to.
