I called LTJ at around 6 PM because one of our units had gone out. With this heat, it was really needed. Mr. Loreto was immediate to meet my family’s needs and came out to our home, after hours. Extremely knowledgeable and knew right away what the problem was. He was professional and got the job done. PLUS, he had the part needed for repair…no waiting! Extremely grateful!! Will definitely be recommending him!! Thank you again!!!

For those who haven’t done so already, drop your frustrating and impossible to work with home warranty companies and use LTJ for your A\C repairs and yearly maintenance. Loreto is prompt to make sure my house gets checked and services throughout the year and is always available if something is needed to be repaired. Highly recommend LTJ services. Mike Farah

On January 29, 2022 LTJ did a total replacement of my home AC & Heating System with an American Standard Electric 16 Seer complete system with a new Air Handler. Their work and professional craftmanship was completed in a very organized and timely manner. They took extra precautions to protect my home from any mess or damage. Loreto Toabias (owner of LTJ) went the extra mile to assure that the install would meet windstorm certification and even took the extra step of registering the equipment that was installed with American Standard, so that I would be certain to have a 10 year warranty instead of the normal 5 year warranty on the AC unit. I have no reservations in highly recommending that anyone needing service or a new HVAC system to consider LTJ Air Conditioning and Heating.
Have been using LTJ for a couple years now and it's been great. Affordable service plans and discounts on services when they are needed. They call to remind me to have the system checked out 2x a year which is great because I would honestly never remember. Highly recommend

Very impressed with the Service he answered my call at 5:30 am and came over right away. Very reasonable repaired my ducts & added installation to the line that was leaking thru our ceiling that a rat chewed & made damage . He is very honest & reasonable nice gentleman I highly recommend him.
