I had a whole system installation after my previous outdated one went out on me. Sean was quick, removed the old duck work & system to install the upgraded units. The new one is more efficient system with an added air purifier and smart thermostat. I love being able to monitor & control my ac from anywhere. He finished the job done fast & was very professional. He even hauled away the old unit & all of the trash. I trust Lowe AC to keep my machine running smooth year after year.

Sean is my absolute go to for ac repair. He is very quick to respond, shows up on time and at a great quality.

Had 3 ac companies out wanting me to put in a new system, one in navasota actually took my blower fan without asking, leaving me with a 100° house to sleep in that night. Sean was awesome, squeezed me in the morning after I called, very honest and sold it to me straight. He fixed the main mystery electrical issue the other's couldn't figure out, or didn't want to, in no time and I won't trust anyone but him going forward. Very fair prices and just and all around good honest dude.

I had scheduled with another company and they call at the last minute and cancelled so to weather. I found and called Lowe AC. They answered the phone promptly, agreed to come out and worked me in same day. They diagnose the problem quickly and repaired it quickly and even called the next day to check and see how things were! I would definitely recommend them!

We moved into an older, two story, home that had a huge difference in the temperature between the upstairs and downstairs. A couple of other companies looked at it proposed some very complicated and expensive solutions. Sean, the owner of the company, looked at our problem and came up with a way for us to get it solved, properly, at a much lower cost. He told us that the he could also do it the same way that the other companies suggested and it would work but it was overly complex and would be more expensive to maintain in the long run. Sean had an opportunity to make more money on out job but he chose to do what was best for us. Integrity like his is, sadly, increasingly rare in the service world. I have used Sean ever since and refer him at every opportunity I have and the result has always been the same. He is honest and does his work with excellence.
