sometimes things get a little tricky with estimates and repairs. espically when a home warranty is involved. these guys are honest and do their best to go the extra mile. be cautious of home warranties, they seem to want to confuse the customer. but louisville heating and air technologies will do their absolute best to treat you fairly. i highly recommend them. the only good thing my home warrany did was introduce me to this contractor.
Honest, reliable, and fast. Called in for emergency service on a hot Saturday morning, they were over the same morning and had my house cooling down by lunch. Highly recommend they be your first call.

I interviewed and received quotes from 8 companies before I chose Louisville Heating and Air Technologies. There were other companies that impressed me, and I would have gone with one other, but Larry was a straight shooter, and he didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need like all the other companies. I was very cautious with my decision and took two weeks to make it as I was dealing with the complete replacement of a 5 ton HVAC system. Luckily the weather was cooperative, and I could run off of space heaters during that time. Larry’s crew came out to the home and did a beautiful job. He set 4 people to do the job, and they were all professional and worked hard. I could not be happier with the experience and the choice I made. If you need a new heater or AC system, call Larry. After calling several well known heating and air places when my business a/c wasn’t working , Larry at this place was great and actually answered the phone without a recorded message. The others kept me on the phone getting info before they said it would be 2-3 days. Larry was at our place in an hour and had us cooled off within two hours. Never ever should you use anyone but this company. EVER
Larry and Bill are fantastic! I had a major freezing of my heat pump among other issues on out HVAC system. It resulted in 3 different visits (due to the 4 inches of ice on the unit NOT due to their issue). Everytime I called they responded right away and were able to get out pretty much that same day. They always took the time to explain in detail the issues that happening and what the corrected fix should be. Having owned various homes in Louisville throughout the years. It is really hard to find an honest, responsive, trustworthy and reasonably priced team of HVAC contractors. I HIGHLY recommend them as they have won me as a customer for life.

I had a new system installed in the fall of 2012 to replace a mis-matched system that had been there for years. The quality of the equipment and the level of professional service could not be better. Being an engineer I am probably somewhat more critical of attention to detail than most, but the complete installation exceeded my greatest expectations. The way the new lines and wiring was routed was as neat as anything (probably better) than I would have done myself. Awesome job to the entire crew. Absolutely a pleasant experience!
My heat pump had completely failed. I called Louisville Heating and Air and Larry came out to the house a few hours later and got me fixed up. It was awesome because he didn't just say you need a new heat pump and quote me a price. He walked me through exactly what happened to my old system so I was totally confident in my decision. I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys again.
