I highly recommend Lotus! Service, communication, pricing, and efficiency exceeded any expectations! Our A/C unit went out on the hottest day this summer and we desperately needed a new unit. From start to finish took less than 1.5 full days of work! During and after the install, any questions were thoroughly answered and we are left with an amazing unit that cost us less than other estimates. We are so lucky to have found Lotus!

I had a situation in the middle of this winter when my furnace stopped working. Since I have a long history using Lotus for HVAC and AC in the past, I called them first. Two hours after I made the emergency call, I had Vitaly at my door. It took only a few minutes to identify the problem and within next half an hour my furnace was brought back to business. The job was done professionally and timely. Vitaly also installed a new oil furnace and two air conditioners for me. I would definitely recommend the company to anybody who wants the work done timely, by the professionals rather than amateurs and for a very reasonable price.
I've had plenty of experience with different contractors and subcontractors of different trades and we all know how hard it can be to find one that is a man of his word but also an expert at his trade. Vitaly is a rare gem believe me as he is more than that. Besides beating two other contractor's prices he went the extra mile by trusting me to order an obscure part and pre-paying for it simply because he understood I am also a man of my word and he lives by that code. On top of all that he interrupted his Sunday afternoon (day off) on a snowy day to replace the heat exchanger at a rental property I own because he truly felt bad for my 85 year old tenant for not having heat in the middle of the winter. Long story short I would recommend vitaly to anyone looking for a fair deal, great prompt service and outstanding expertise. He is a one man operation therefore able to give better prices than your average HVAC company and because of his 25 years of experience a true master of his trade.
I called Lotus at 9pm to help with my broken AC in the dead of summer and he came in 15 minutes! Prompt and quality service! Great guy! I am so thankful!
