Technician and team were incredibly responsive in an emergency situation. They really saved us from a lot more damage that would have happened if they did not respond how they did. Additionally, they offered us a handful of options, both short and long term, in a respectful, solution oriented manner. Highly recommend even after this initial experience with them.
Had this company out for a quote on replacement of a A/C unit. They gave me an easy to understand and also reasonably priced quote. Went ahead and hired them for the job. They showed up on time and installed the appliances in a friendly and professional manner. They did a great job on the install and follow up.
Technician was on time, polite, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He made everything easy and was very informative about the issues I'm having with my AC unit and what steps were needed to fix these issues. Highly recommended for your Ac/Heating needs.

What a great experience! On time, courteous and very knowledgeable. Identified the issue right away and had it repaired in no time. Our tech also did some peripheral maintenance work at no charge. I highly recommend using this company.
This company is easy to contact and schedule an appointment for service and they have well-trained and easy to deal with technicians that arrive promptly and know what they are doing when you need help. They also charge a fair price for the work done in my opinion. I highly recommend if you are having problems with your AC!!!
This company is amazing! I highly recommend them for any HVAC job. Today I had the technician come out. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable but he was just a great guy overall. It was a pleasure having him in my home and I appreciate his hard work.

I love all the tech’s I’ve worked with. They’re all very nice and walk through what they’re doing. They’re also courteous of your space. Overall would recommend. We get quarterly maintenance and it’s well worth it.

Amazingly responsive staff. On time for semi annual maintenance on our heat pump. Service technician works quickly and thoroughly, he is very friendly and responsive. We like this company and all their representatives and are committed to using them for our HVAC needs in the future!
Great service once again. Appointment scheduled and service completed quickly and efficiently. Second time I have used this company. Very happy with responsiveness and level of service. They came short notice to repair broken Central AC. Immediately identified the problem and took less than 30 minutes to have the system up and running. Highly recommended.
HVAC heat pump went out. Our tech advised system too old for repair, need to replace it. Next day system installed. Happy wife, happy home, thank you.
The tech was very personable and knowledgeable, and fixed the duct very quickly. The difference it made in the house was immediately apparent. Very reasonable rates as well!

This was my first service call to Los Angeles AC Contractor and I am pleased. They were booked about 10 days out, which would have been a problem if temperatures were extreme, but it's understandable in this COVID environment. (I blame Trump for that.) The technician quickly found and replaced a failed capacitor. Crew arrived masked and was polite and helpful. He had to delay our appointment by a day but was good at communicating the reschedule. He did not try to up-sell unnecessary maintenance or repairs. I will definitely call Los Angeles AC Contractor next time I need service.
