What a great company to deal with. The owner came out on a Tuesday to look at was I wanted done, and his technicians came out the next day and completed the work. The technicians were timely, courteous and professional and let this as clean as when they arrived. I won't use anyone else for my heating and cooling needs.
Scott, Chris, and Joe showed up when promised, and installed our new systems in a timely and professional manner. They replaced our 27 year old furnace that they originally installed and were just as efficient the first time. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was working, and even troubleshooted our hot water heater while they were here.

I have used Long's for 23 of the 26 years I have lived in TR. The technicians are THE best. They are knowledgeable, take the time to explain things and sincerely seem to be proud of the work they do. Customer Service is very key for me as I run a small business and look for that special quality of care, commitment to service and knowledge of the job. Kudos Long's! Your admin staff have always been awesome as well.
One of the worst heating and air-conditioning companies that are out there. They have an emergency call service that does not respond within a timely manner. I would not recommend them to anyone whether it's family or friends. They make excuses for their ineptness and to be honest with you they are a fraud in my opinion .
We have used Long's for over 20 years. New furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater. Service is great. Reasonably priced and friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone.
This week during a heat wave, I called e places when my AC unit stopped working. One place told me they can come out in 4 days. Another told me I immediately it would cost $250 to come out. Long came in. 2 hours, and replaced a part for $190. They were honest, pro pt, and pleasant. I will recommend them. They could have taken advantage, but they respect customer relations.
Called Long's to replace and upgrade a number of HVAC items; electronic filter with media filter, new humidifier, new UV light system to eliminate mold/bacteria. Outstanding workmanship - I use three other HVAC services in the past, and they all fell short of meeting my expectations big time. Ask for Jeff as the service person, excellent workmanship and conscientious worker. That makes all the difference.
They installed an air conditioning unit that has never worked properly inside of 4 years. After 6 months the unit stops working and is flat of all Freon. They have come out and replaced the Freon each and every season under a service contract. Last year they claimed it was a manufacturer's defect and replaced the valves. This season again the unit was flat of all Freon. I have requested the unit be replaced with a different manufacturer they sell. They have refused only hinting to the offer of a replacement of the same brand or kind.
