Wonderful service! They’re polite, professional, communicate well, and are very respectful of your home (they even take their shoes off before going inside). I called them in a panic recently when my AC started leaking water. Nobody else could come out for days. Long’s techs were at my house within 3 hours, fixed the problem, took preventative measures so it wouldn’t happen again, gave me some pointers on keeping my unit running smoothly, and I signed up for their very reasonably price KD maintenance plan as well. We have recommended them to everyone, and we look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

I had a guse blown (I believe is what he said) and had the pleasure of having Jacob come out, to assist with my unit repair. He had a young man with him, unfortunately I cannot remember his name. However, both were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Fairly priced, good work, and will definitely have my business in the future. Strong recommend.

Long H&C came out today to service my AC. They were on time ,they were very personal. I asked advice on filters and they took the time and sit down to go over options. They also found a bad capacitor outside I was very thankful because it was putting strain on my unit. I would definitely recommend. The owner is very personal,we had misunderstanding he called me to make sure it got fixed and they did fix it. Thankful for all there help. Will use in the future!

I had an issue with water leakage from my unit and they scheduled me for the the next day and took care of the problem. I highly recommend this company. The employees are professional and courteous. Jacob and Ezra have great communication skills.
The guys are very punctual and professional. Appointment management is easy online or over the phone. Tracks tech as they're on the way. Easy to get a fast appointment. Annual maintenance plan is very reasonable for 2 visits.

Kevin scheduled our appointment in a timely manner, Showed up right as scheduled, very polite and friendly, they had a neat and professional appearance, very thorough in doing their job, explained everything they did , they are very knowledgeable and efficient with their work. These are the guys to call for all your HVAC work and maintenance! Very competitive prices as well! Kevin will Definitely be the ONLY HVAC guy we will use!!! You will be glad you called him! Great customer service and Jacob is very professional. He explained what the inspection involved and gave us an update on what we needed right away for the summer heat, so we won't have any issues during the summer with blowing cool air. He went over and beyond of what we expected. Real low key demeanor. Keep up the great work!
These gentlemen did a great job! Respect for my home without me even asking, they removed their boots before entry each time they came inside 😊 They were very thorough and also very knowledgeable, and allowed me to view what they had completed which was above satisfactory.
