He presented several options for our service which gave us flexibility in budget and time. He did not sugar coat the issue but he also didn’t try to upsell us. Overall the experience was all we could have hoped for! We will definitely put Long Heating & Air on top of our list for future needs.
There came so quickly and fixed my furnace within an hour. They were so nice and honest and inexpensive. Next time I have an issue I will be calling them for sure!
These guys helped me install a gas forced air heater in my shop. They were there from start to finish and even made a couple return trips to get everything dialed in . Great company !!

Great service! Repaired our water heater. I then referred them to my mom when she told me her heater was out. They went out same day and fixed it right away. She was told by others they couldn’t get to her until Thursday. Very much recommend their service! Thank you!
When we bought our house this summer having waived an inspection, we feared the worst for the updates it would need. We initially contacted Phil Long of Long Heating & Air to explore options for a mini-split in the master bedroom. After some candid conversations, Phil offered some fair prices for installation, but also offered to first attempt cleaning our furnace (which was in bad shape). Long story short, the furnace and A/C Unit were going to need total replacement. We got an estimate from three different companies, including Long. Long Heating and Air was by far the most reasonable estimate, and also the ONLY one that including heat pump options. The estimate provided different options (not an overwhelming amount) with sufficient detail for us to make an informed decision. We also reached out directly to Phil as we were making the decision, and he responded immediately and broke down the options and price points even further. We moved forward with the highest end option for both. The installation was painless and incredibly professional. The staff were courteous, on time, and walked us through every stage. We'll be using this company for anything else we need, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done. These guys are friendly, professional, and very helpful. They were not pushy in any way (in sharp contrast to some other local outfits), and have earned our trust and confidence in a major financial decision. Can't endorse them enough. They also beat the competitors' pricing significantly, making this a no-brainer. Very pleased with every facet of the work they performed. Exceeded all expectations.
Long Heating and Air are Great. This was my second time using them and, consistent with my first experience, they did a great job. It’s rare to find one company that’s great at what they do but are also so friendly and who go out of their way to be helpful. My project had some special requirements so they designed a system to meet my special need.
After using Long Heating & Air to install a whole house fan last summer, we asked Phil to install a new air handler & heat pump in 2022. We are really happy with the install and the new equipment. I learned that Phil even went above and beyond to take care of Healthcare workers and patients during the Pandemic that needed HVAC. A class act who has earned our business for life.
Phil came out to do an inspection on some work completely by the previous homeowner. Even though this was minor, he was able to make it out next day after I called and helped me talk through the work and make some decisions on my next steps. He communicated clearly and didn't try to sell me an expensive bill of goods but gave an honest assessment of things. Wouldn't hesitate to call again.

I would highly recommend this business. We called on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend and Phil came out to repair our A/C and was at our home well after business hours. He took the time to thoroughly explain how to make the changes seasonally with our humidifier and overall system; we had lived in the home over four years and never even knew that some of the adjustments existed! He and his team recently installed a new AC unit and went above and beyond. Thank you!

They replaced our whole AC unit. He ran into extra work and had to move our gas line, so it would be up to code. He even went the extra mile and relit our hot water heater after. My AC is working fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Update: our furnace went out the day before we were suppose to close on our house. We agreed to have them come out the next morning as the part stores were already closed. He had our furnace up and running for the new homeowners to move in. They’re a great company.

Phil Long and his assistant Chris installed HVAC ducting in the second half of our commercial building, tying it into a preexisting system. They were very responsive to our needs, worked with extreme efficiency, and completed the job in record time. We were very impressed with their work and highly recommend them as HVAC contractors. You will not be disappointed.
