Good service
It's no longer Long Enterprise it's now the crazy ac guys and I'll never use them again.
Did a great job for me and my daughters fireplace.
We called last Wednesday and had an appointment Thursday with the owner. We had a new interior and exterior units, a new intake, fixed duct work and 2 pass throughs by the following afternoon. Each member of the crew was polite and efficient, they cleaned up after themselves. Steve was honest and kind. We are looking forward to using them for service for years to come.
Long Enterprices, Owner Steve and Manager James have provided excellent customer service to my business location. From start of installation until the end of maintenance they are reliable, friendly and dependable. I got a great rate and they were knowledgable and provided excellent service. Let's not forget about their staff and their customer service team. I look forward continuing service with them in all my locations. I highly recommend them!
We’ve had heating and air conditioning problems since we bought our house. The home warranty company kept “fixing” the issue and this time they wanted to replace a 3yo attic unit, but keep the ridiculous 14yo outside unit. We decided to bite the bullet and replace the unit on our own. After getting ridiculous quotes from some companies and little communication from others, a friend recommended we call Steve. Steve walked me through everything, taught me a few things about the system, and then provided the best quote. His team was installing everything in less than a day, when some companies were quoting 1-2 weeks to install after purchase. Steve’s team was friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond during the installation. During a very stressful time, Steve and his team were exactly who we needed. I will gladly recommend them to anyone having air conditioning or heating issues.
Steve Long is top notch. His staff and service technicians are the best people to deal with. When your A/C goes out in the middle of August Steve and his guys are ready for the job. Fast, professional and affordable service.
I cannot say enough about Steve Long and his team. When our downstairs compressor went out he had a team over the same day and we had a new unit the next morning. His prices were more than competitive but his service it was takes him to a 5 Star review. Our upstairs compressor stopped working yesterday and he had his technicians at our house in less than 2 hours. Honesty, integrity, and quality.
We came home from work today, to an a.c. unit that was not working. This company was recommended to me from someone on facebook. I am so glad they were. The technician, Cody, showed up in a timely manner and did the work quickly. The cost was reasonable, this is for an after hours emergency visit and it only cost $275. We will definitely be using them again and we highly recommend them if you need a a.c. repair.
This company is amazing! Our AC went out this evening, the outside temperature was over 100. Cody was at our house within 40 minutes on a Sunday evening, when he wasn’t even on call. The service we received was fantastic. I would highly recommend Long Enterprises!
I have had the pleasure of using Long AC Repair twice now. Both times the technician, Andrew, was polite and responsive to my concerns and questions. On the first visit, I needed a new unit after the original one (of two on the house) dated circa 2001 finally gave out. He and his crew were in and out in a half day all the while professional and conscious of not tracking dirt et all through the house. The second visit came during the recent 105+ stretch...all I needed was a new capacitor on the second unit. I strongly recommend Long AC and if you are lucky and live near me you might just get Andrew as your tech!
Our technician, Cody went above and beyond to repair our old ac unit. He ended up coming out four days in a row before we ended up with a new unit. The technicians that installed our new unit were punctual, polite and neat. I’ve never met anyone that didn’t pressure us to buy a new unit. Even though that was what eventually happened, I felt Cody did everything to keep us going. Very pleased with this company.
Cody came out to do our Spring start-up. He did an awesome job. Long A/C has always done a great job and is very punctual at any time of the day or week.

Wow! These guys did a GREAT Job with my AC system. We're planning a remodel, so they had to move the whole system to a different area of the attic. They were polite, clean and did great work. They even called me up a few times to make suggestions and improvements to our current system. I would recommend these guys any time. -Paul Albrecht
I want to say a big thank you to long enterprises heating and air. I had put on Facebook a plea for help when my son's unit was on the blink. My son has 5 kids and it was cold. Lashonda whom works at long enterprise answered my plea. She wrote to me that they wanted to help my son anyway they could. They got us on the schedule that same day and got us up and going. I have known Steve long for a long time and he is a great guy. Lashonda has been nothing but kind and helpful to us. I would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a brand new system from this company in July of 2015. The day they installed it, the system began to run very loudly. I called the technician and asked him to come back out and check it. He did and after listening to it, it tried to tell me it sounded normal to him. I told him that I had listened to the system immediately after it being installed and it was much quieter. I also showed him that the system right next door was even less noisier than my new system and it was 11 years old. He finally said he would talk to the owner and see what he said. They ended up replacing the system and basically admitted that they had over-filled it. The manufacturer actually is the one that gave me the new unit. I had also been given one year maintenance on my system. I was told they would come out twice per year, check the system fluid levels, blow off the dirt from the tower and change my filter. They came out once and changed my filter and I assume check the system. I received an invoice to pay for a new maintenance program in the spring of 2016. I called and asked why I had not had my second service. They told me that I had and said they had records of the person coming out in March of this year. I told them I didn't believe that they had come out but asked if they did why they didn't replace the filter. They said they only replace the filter if the homeowner requested it and had a new filter waiting for them to put in. There was nothing said about that when I was initially informed about the maintenance program. In addition, both the office staff as well as the owner of the company did not seem concerned about solving the misunderstanding even though I had purchased a brand new unit less than one year ago. Save yourself the time and headache and find another company for your air conditioning needs.
I called Long Enterprises for an ac issue and was told it would be a $50 trip and diagnostic fee. I told them I believed it was a capacitor and it would be an easy fix, I researched how much the part was and it typically sold for anywhere from 15-30 dollars and was quoted by a previous ac company of $50-75(obviously retail mark up). The tech was very friendly and proceeded to have it off and the new one on in five minutes...I magine my surprise when he charged me $350!! 5 minutes of labor on a cheap part for $350.00... After feeling totally violated I looked up Long Enterprises on the website and saw a huge story on it being a huge Christian Company, obviously I didn't feel moved! My suggestion, always do your research even if you think it is the simplest fix!
