Our unit just just quit working and our neighbor recommended Brad so we called him and came out right away and took care of a simple problem. He is so reasonable that we will have him here from now on a yearly basis to check things out and make sure things are working properly.

Brad and his crew at Lone Star AC and Heating did an excellent job of replacing my 15 yr old leaking Trane furnace with a new American Standard furnace and matching evaporator coil. While his installation crew are pretty young, they are very courteous, neat, and are well trained in their jobs of installing new AC and heating equipment. Would not hesitate to recommend Brad and his crew for AC and heating work in the Nacogdoches area.
Overall I am satisfied with Lone Star. We had our HVAC replaced and kept our original duct work. We had a few hiccups along the way but in the end everything ended satisfactorily. His guys were a little messy but nothing crazy. The main reason I initially chose them is that they were significantly cheaper than McWilliams. They also gave an itemized quote opposed to McWilliams vague good better best quotes. I have no problems recommending Brad and the guys at Lone Star.

Called at 4:45 pm and they are coming at 8:30 am the next day and their price is half the others I have called. Nice to find someone who is a good business man not out to rip you off for an instant buck. I will use loyally from now on and refer everyone I know to them. They showed up on time and diagnosed my issue immediately. I called for Freon and it was a fan issue not Freon. Most companies would have still charged for it or added some anyway just to make a buck. They did not. They were honest, efficient, professional, on time and amazing. I will be a lifelong loyal customer. Thank you guys for everything.
