The leadership is terrible, no communication, they were late and the quality of work was very poor, the employees were not very motivated and whenever I asked a question I was met with either blank stares or someone else’s phone number
I live out of state I called these guys to help help my elderly mother with her ac they never showed never made the appointment I set up. They never answered when I tried multiple times to contact them. Definitely not professional.
This dude won't pay his help even gave him a couple chances to pay not very professional in my books and if Robert fromm will do someone that helps him make money then he would screw his own mom over So be ware dude is a scam
My AC went out and they came out to fix it. We did have to get a whole new Ruud unit installed. When they first fixed it, it was great! Then something happened to the refrigerant in the unit (not their fault). The third time they came out they fixed it and added new refrigerant. So far so good! I will say they did come out in a timely manner to fix the refrigerant issue and explained what they were doing well to me and my husband. Would recommend.
Scheduled them today to service my unit that has gone out and they never showed, won't answer calls or texts. Could've scheduled someone else if they couldn't make it. Now my family gets to go without tonight. Will never call them for help again and will never recommend them to anyone. As a business owner myself I understand the importance of a good star review online. The just got a 1 from me. Absolutely terrible.
My go to for all things HVAC from repairs to full install. Rob had done both for us and I couldn’t go any where else!
