After contacting this company after my AC stopped working, they left a wire unhooked purposely.
Outstanding customer service and technician! The lady on the phone was very courteous and immensely helped to schedule the appointment. The technician came the next day and completed the home air conditioner repair service with no problem and left no mess behind. I was glad everything was clean and working correctly after the technician left. He knew what he was doing, which is always good to see!
