Called Kip 8:30 PM on Friday night and he scheduled around my baseball game to come out saturday. I had just also emailed a franchise company as well. Kip came out saturday, I was running late, and he patiently waited. I pulled up, saw a nice, clean, newer, heavy duty work truck. He got right to work in diagnosing the issues and had spare parts on board. He made the home comfortable until the manufacturer, who he has an account with, was open on Monday. On Monday morning he was at my house at the exact time promised, with the parts getting the job done. But than he went above and beyond, throughout the whole system, to correct issues. The place is like a wind tunnel and cold, we don't remember it ever working this well. I had to raise the thermostat temperature. Monday afternoon, I finally had an emailed response from the franchise mentioned above, directing me to make an appointment with a disclosure of their rates. Their diagnostic and hourly fees to come out, were comparable to the the total job Kip had already completed. I have no issues. I cant say that I have ever had a contractor that met all of the following: actually showed up on time-multiple times, respected my property by leaving it as clean or cleaner than he found it and only using parts that he would use at his own house or better, did not damage anything, was as thorough as I would be, if I had the knowledge to do the job myself, fairly priced, and personable as Kip. When the job was done, I had nothing to say but thank you! I didn't think this kind of buisness was still around. I really have zero issues, he even called Tuesday to make sure we were happy and to follow-up. I'd love to see more of his buisness in our community.
