This is the most unprofessional company to exist. They do not call, they do not come in their time window, the told me they would be at my house from 4-6. I called at 610 to ask what was going on they said they would come at 10pm that night... sketchy, rude, wasted my time and will never recommend or use them.

Unfortunately my warranty company 2-10 dispatch Lloyds Air for servicing one of my rentals with elderly couple. after calling and setting up appointment over the weekend for 8/3/2022 11:00 AM as they had no other appointment available waited till 1 PM called their office no one picked up 1:30 No one picked up, finally at 2 I received a text apologizing and telling me they are running late its going to 3 or 4 before they can make it. Finally at 4 Winston Sharpe probably the owner called me and said he will not be making it today because my insurance company does not have deductible and he has to get paid something for coming over. I explained to him that he was hired though 2-10 and my deductible has nothing to do with him servicing my AC. he responded you have to deal with 2-10 and the leak is a plumbing issue not AC and rudely hung up the phone. This company is a scam like all other reviews do not use this company. I m also reaching at to better business Buru to see if we can revoke his license. He basically wanted to take service fee and disappear just like other reviews.

What is below a 1 star rating? Whatever it is, I wish I could give it to this company. Like many other customers (based on reviews), the first experience was great. Kind, professional, seemingly knowledgeable. Then communication ended. I went nearly four days waiting for a response (this was for a broken AC unit when it's consistently 95 degrees outside). When I finally made contact, the owner was very rude. His personality went from kind to angry when I asked why there had been no progress with our predicament. This company could give me a free AC and I'd turn it down.

1st service request - April 25th: Technician came out at at the appropriate time, was nice, and seemed to have fixed the issue. A week later it’s not fixed (we left on vacation). No worries, that’s how repairs work. I’ll get back into contact to try another resolution. 2nd service request - May 4th: the technician is late by 3hrs. Then, after my wife calling numerous times, he says he’ll be at our house “soon”. My man just never shows up. No call, no show. I’m just at a loss. He was a nice guy when he came to my house. And then just goes MIA? It’s not his fault that my AC unit went out. It’s not his fault that I have a pregnant wife in the house. But come on man, we’re in Charlotte NC. It’s hot here. I am not the type to rate a business low, because I know people need to feed their family. But the service was unacceptable.

Was given contact information from our Home Warranty company. He quickly responded to schedule an appointment for the next morning. I was given a 2 hour window from 9 to 11. When he did not show up or call by 12:30, I attempted to call him 2x and the voice-mail was full. I then contacted the home warranty company and will be working with another company. Winston still has not even made contact again. Will never use him for anything.

The service rep was very professional. Dressed for the job and the pandemic. Asked pertinent questions, carefully and thoroughly assessed my AC, made necessary repairs. He thoroughly explained what services he performed and how they aligned with the protocol of my home warranty plan. Friendly, competent, and left no messes. He fixed my problem! 😊

I rarely do reviews however, this one is warranted. Lloyds was dispatched to us by our warranty company for AC issues. We never received a call from this company after days of waiting in hot weather. When we attempted to contacted Lloyds the voicemail was full. DO NOT use this company, very unprofessional.

Lloyds ac and heating technician, Winston, was very unprofessional, lacked compassion, punctuality, and human decency. He was unapologetically 3 hours late past the end of his time slot. We called and were told that he didn't see our appointment on his email. He didn't apologize, he actually was very rude and short with me. When he finally arrived and diagnosed the AC issue, he was very rude. I have four children and my twins are barely one, and he told us that he grew up in the Caribbean without AC so we would be fine; the temperature in my babies room was 90 degrees that night at 11pm. We had been out of our house for 3 weeks when we decided to go with a different business ( Southern Heating and Air) who got the job done in less than a week. It took Lloyd that long to get back to our home warranty and us about a model number that he said was "written down somewhere, he'd just have to get to it." He didn't answer his phone when we called. At one point, myself,my husband and the home warranty were calling him at least once a day and it was days before we would get an answer let alone a response. If you have any concerns with your AC, do yourself a favor and don't rely on Lloyds. You'd be better off to try and fix it yourself. If you aren't able to fix it yourself or like me have no time to do so, call southern heating and air. They are kind, helpful, and get the job done; all are characteristics we never experienced with Lloyd's air conditioning and heating.

We reached out to Lloyd's after they were provided to us by our home warranty company. Winston came out one time to do an evaluation. Our home warranty approved the repairs and after contacting Lloyd's over 5 times we received no response. Our home warranty company even tried reaching him with no response. Winston was rude, very direct towards us and never responded to any of our calls or messages. We had to go through another company since we sat in our home for 4 days waiting on this company to contact us. We still haven't recieved any update from them. I would highly recommend 1 Hour Heating & Air, they know how to treat their customers. I will NEVER use/recommend this company to anyone. If your home warranty assigns them to you call them back and ask for a different company , otherwise you will be wasting your time.

They came out to service my HVAC July 1st and we’re supposed to return with a new part to repair our AC. It has been 3wks without any follow-up, they do not return calls and now their office VM is full. I would not recommend them!

He was contracted through my home warranty company. He arrived outside of his scheduled time. He was very aggressive, would not listen to anything I said. He could not handle being told he was talking over me and was being rude. I called the warranty company and filed a complaint and they reassigned me to a much more professional, reputable contractor. Please give your hard earned money to someone who deserves it.
