Came highly recommended to us. Unfortunately, they are very difficult (one could say downright impossible) to get in touch with. Tried getting mini-split installed. They did show up to look at the job back in June. Used the electrician they referred me to (he never showed up to do the agreed work today). Never was able to get an actual quote from Todd or anyone. Finally just decided to move on to another contractor.

Little Heating & Cooling is absolutely AMAZING. I had an HVAC emergency situation preventing my house from closing. They were responsive, helpful and supportive - even following up to make sure everything was on track. The work done was perfect - but the customer service absolutely puts this group over the top. Highly recommend -not enough stars!

Little Heating is top notch. They are dependable, prompt, affordable and extremely pleasant to work with. We hired them for maintenance of our heating system back in May. Two weeks ago, on a Saturday morning we woke to no heat. I called the office expecting an answering service to take a message, but Todd answered the phone. He said they had a few calls ahead of us but would come as soon as they could and they did, within two hours our heat was on. It was in need of a new damper so he temporarily fixed the issue and promptly returned the following Monday. Since that repair, there was another issue with a sensor, they came back to trouble shoot found the problem and fixed it. Their customer service is outstanding and would highly recommend them!
I have had our units in two homes repaired and maintained by Little HVAC for several (+\-6) years. Owner Todd and his capable technicians are punctual, professional and courteous; most importantly they get the job done. I recently had a couple HVAC problems. Shannon fixed the AC unit upstairs in a jiffy and returned twice more (within 48 hours!) until the other issue was resolved; all this during the busy season and without additional charges. Unlike so many other companies, Little HVAC stands behind their work. The technicians are mindful of the pandemic and use PPE as well as booties in the house. In these uncertain times it is good to know there is a company that values your time, offers good quality/value and has integrity.
Todd is a great guy to service your heat and air, came out to fix heat on the night he was getting married! I call that going above and beyond .

Todd is the absolute best! He has been taking care of our HVAC systems for the past couple years and we can't thank him enough for all the help. What set Todd apart from the other companies out there was when we came home after welcoming twins to this world in the heart of the NC winter season. Of all things.. our first night back in our house we woke up to a 56 degree house due to our old furnace igniter failing. I called Little Heating and Cooling (for the first time) at 7am in a slight state of panic and Todd was there within thirty minutes. He had other things on his schedule, but rearranged his day so that he could come help us out. Since then we have had our entire system at our old house replaced, which was working great and now he has help service our units at our new house. Thank you Todd!
