I needed a late night emergency call because my a/c was leaking through my walls. Lightfoot A/C and Heating answered the call and was at my house within the hour. The technician found and repaired the issue quickly and efficiently. I’m absolutely gonna call them again for any else with my a/c.
After 5 failed attempts and 5 months of issues by other HVAC companies Bradley came and fixed the issue same day he was very informative and professional. I will definitely be using lightfoot ac and heating for all future issues . Thanks again
Bradley is professional and his experience shows as soon as he makes the call that he is on his way with ETA of arrival. Referred through our warranty home insurance , lightfoot provides excellent / fast / reliable service . Asked what was issued once he arrived, addressed the problem ,and analyzed /diagnosed with ease. Our downstairs a/c was not blowing through the vents. Turns out that the motor was bad and had to get replaced . Bradley explained the cause and said he needed to get to another job but once he finished he would call to update if he had the the motor at the shop(stock) Did not have the part but worked late and still call me back to let know when the motor would arrive . As promised, the part arrived and serviced the install of the motor that same day . Went the extra mile and beyond. Now my family is enjoying cool cold a/c!
Lightfoot AC and Heating was the second contractor dispatched by my home warranty company (Choice Home Warranty) to fix an AC head unit no longer cooling that was reported in May. On Aug 12, after the service call the week earlier, I was informed the part would be in three weeks. Now, six weeks later, Lightfoots voice mail box is full and Choice Home Warranty is "getting in contact with" them. I really felt like we had an advocate in Lightfoot with the Warranty company, but am currently very disappointed. Clarification on customers' "ignorant action" - customer attempting to reach contractor for status of repair and not able to reach said contractor due to full voice mailbox and no communication with customer.
High quality repairs - corrected past mistakes from previous shoddy work from another company. Professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Responsive during this peak season with current drought conditions
I am so thankful that a good friend of mine referred Brad Hanks to me! My a/c went out last night and he came first thing this morning to fix my unit! I highly recommend these guys if you have any issues, they were AMAZING!!!!
Highly recommend . They were very professional, explained all repairs needed, preformed the repairs as detailed and then showed my husband all the work they completed afterwards. Our a/c is super chilly now. Happy to support and recommend this small business.

Their business was contracted out by our home warranty. There was a communication snafu on our part but they called me back after they were leaving a job and offered to still come out to help us. They were prompt, courteous and professional. We are appreciative of their service and willing to come help. Within 20 minutes they remedied our issue, explained what was wrong and how we could better air condition our home and we’re out the door, allowing us to enjoy our ac. Thanks fellas.
In my years of dealing with HVAC contractors this is the first truly professional contractor. They serviced my dad's AC's, both broke down during the heat, with patience, understanding and professionalism. They even added freon without extra charge. Bradley was very professional and easy to deal with. I can see clearly they are not the type that want to make money from you for no reasons. I gave them a 5 star! Really recommend them to anyone needing AC services.
Just a note to say how extremely pleased with the service Lightfoot AC and Heating provided for us. Brandon was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. We wanted to say thank you for completing such a big job in a timely manner….also, the work space was left immaculate. Bradley also took pictures of before and after work was done….he just goes the extra mile. His Dad is his partner and he was so kind and patient in explaining what needed to be done to correct the problem…very reassuring to have a family company working in our home. We will be using this company for ALL our future maintenance and service issues with our 3 units…so relieved and thankful to find a good, honest, repair person….Thanks so much for the good service and repair.
Bradley has been to my house about 3 to 4 times now and has always been upfront on what the issue is and what parts are needed and how much. Then proceeds to get it done quick and right. This last time he remembered we had kids so he made it a point to get to us quick to get us out of the heat! I highly recommend him for any ac needs, call him to get the job done and feel at ease with hassle of ac repairs.
Had three other Ac companies at my house within two months and still having problems. Bradley came out and within one hour took care of the problem. Very professional and very efficient. Would highly recommend him to anybody.
Bradley was incredibly professional and patient with me while my home warranty was fighting me to replace me AC. After the claim was denied repeatedly, Lightfoot was there to help us not only get a new AC but install it as quickly as possible before the holiday weekend.
