He was very nice but I didn’t know a fuse cost 85.00 bucks and just to do a test 75 bucks although he was nice and very professional that doesn’t fix my ac 160 all together but all’s done stay blessed

Service was provided thru Choice Home Warranty on a rental property I have. They were very professional and responsive to the problem. But I don't necessarily agree with their solution to replace the filters every month. I previously only replaced the filters every 6-12 months and the unit worked fine. The renter at the time had 2-3 cats which would add to the clogged filters. At least it is working after they left, will have to monitor how long it lasts.
I got a quote for my hot water heater that was over the cost of the actual water heater by 1000.00 .That seemed like a lot to me so I began to check. I have rescheduled with another reputable company,who verified that indeed this was a lot higher than it should be.The exact same water heater is being placed at 1000.00 dollars less.Be sure to shop around and the warranty is the same.

My husband and I use Lifetime Plumbing Heat and Air for our regular Heating and AC checkups. We recently had to replace our AC's condenser. The employees are pleasant and professional, and they respect your property. Their prices are reasonable and they arrive at the scheduled time. We highly recommend Lifetime Plumbing, Heat and Air.

I was glad that I found a company who had a plumber who would come out on Saturday to install my new stove and vent hood. While there was some confusion over the installation fee, Tiffany was great at making it a win win situation for me and the company. I would highly recommend this company for its services. Be sure to ask for Tiffany and give her honest feedback as she is working to build a proactive and efficient plumbing and hvac company.
