Great company! Great customer service! Kris is A++. He came out and quoted me a very reasonable price to replace my a/c system. He price was the cheapest out of the 2 quotes I got. The only complaint I have is I keep getting texts from Duke Power telling me to change my monthly equal payment lol. No lie when Kris changed my system I was paying $197/mon. After 4 months my monthly payment is now $129. That's a pretty dang good amount of savings.
Great service. The crew was polite and I was more than comfortable leaving my wife with them. Overall the best price we could find while still being name brand HVAC parts. Plus the added benefit of Kris who wants to make sure you're taken care of before, during, and even after the process.. top notch. Will use again.

Before Kris got to our home it was 80 degrees in the house. The day after he left it was 69! Thank you Kris!
My HVAC system went down this weekend but I had the pleasure of hiring Liberty Air and I am thoroughly impressed with their services. Kris quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my old system and he gave me options for the best path forward and at a competitive price. Kris educated me on my system and answered all of my questions. I plan to use Liberty Air for all of my HVAC serivces moving forward.
Over the course of the afternoon, our thermostat was set to 68°, but the temperature displayed rose from 72-78 over the course of an hour. Within an hour of receiving our call, Kris got to our house. He diagnosed the issue and it’s common causes, then replaced the malfunctioning part. He topped it all off with a thorough cleaning of our exterior unit, completely complimentary. Kris really saved the day for my family and I, as we quickly realized that we all get pretty cranky without A/C. 10/10 would recommend to any and everyone with heating and cooling issues, thanks Kris!

The team at Liberty Air treats you like family from day one. Kris did a thorough inspection and addressed all of the concerns we had. Previous quotes from other companies stated they couldn’t split out air upstairs and downstairs but Kris and his team were willing to do this for us. Seeing how hard the team worked it is clear the other companies didn’t have the experienced skill set that this team has to make the job happen. Kris, Matt, Shane and Griffin did outstanding work and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Kris and his team were fantastic. I feel like the people who came to replace our whole AC system were like family. :) Hands down one of the best experiences I have had with HVAC/repair/etc. Kris is professional, very nice, and quick! He got our AC system scheduled to be replaced in no time, checked in on us, and made sure we were getting the best deal we could. Hands down would go with Liberty Air again for any HVAC needs in the future.
Kris came to our house when our AC would not work. This was a crisis If you know my husband. He was on time which is rare in todays service industry. He was able to fix the problem quickly and was the best price of those we talked to. He made a big problem easy solve. I will recommend Liberty Air to my friends and clients. Kris and his team at Liberty Air are the best. My system was having issues and he took the time to diagnose it properly and then let me know what needed to be fixed and didn't try to fix or sell me anything I didn't need like many do. Showed up on time and repair was in a very timely manner and my system is back to like new. Very happy with the Liberty Air team and would recommend them highly!
