I highly recommend Libby Twins.These guys are really great! Honest, straight forward, professional, and trustworthy. After quite the scare with one of their big name, competitors, I was referred to Libby Twins by a family friend and couldn't be happier. They were super responsive, came out and diagnosed the problem quickly, and were able to make the repair for 1/3 of the price of the competitor. Danny and Neill really saved the day. These guys will be my go to from here on out for all my future AC needs.
Several years ago, the AC in our house stopped working and since this was the first time dealing with this type of issue, we called Sears out who told us we needed to replace the unit. A good friend and co-worker recommended Libby Twins so we gave them a call, a repair technician came out, assessed the issue and was able to replace the broken PART, for a decent price right then. Since then, we had had Libby Twins service our AC unit. It had been a couple of years since we had them out fir service and the AC unit had water at the base of the unit in the garage. I called after closing and left a message and the owner, Danny called me back first thing the next morning and had an appointment for me that morning. He and his son came out, services the unit and cleared the drain. Our unit is original to the house (1998) and never have they told me that it’s time to replace it. I feel like this company is looking out for me, rather than trying to make me pay for something I don’t need. I highly highly highly recommend Libby Twins for AC repair or replacement.

We have had Libby come to our house each year for annual check up prior to summer. Very nice. We however had air condition issues a couple months later (that could have been avoided if they did a through check up)....and have come out twice...trying to sell us on a new a/c....when it was holes in the ducks....called to talk to Bill Libby....they failed with follow up, with repair, with honor and with heart...I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIBBY TWINS...when you need them the most (100+ heat index)....a no show...just wasted words.....beyond disappointed!!
First off I want to say"Thank You Libby Twins"....Each and everyone of your tech's that have been out to my place are very well knowledgeable and very clean . I'm getting a new unit put in and I am thinking to myself ..Ugh!!! the house is going to be a disaster area while they are taking old out and putting new in.. I was so wrong.!!! God Bless the crew Al & Oscar.. This team is doing an amazing job they are fantastic !!! I say TEAM because that is how I see them working ..They are the most considerate, clean, & organized team I have ever seen on a replacement unit... I am so Happy with all Libby Twins has done for me..
