The amount of unprofessionalism when requesting an after hours call is beyond me. 1. She answers the phone and giggles to people in background. 2. Thus leading to her not hearing my request and having to repeat my need, which is to address a no heat issue. Her response: " It's 951pm here- I don't know why you are calling." ------Seriously you are offering a service and I requested an emergency service for a NO HEAT ISSUE that's why I am calling. You should probably update the 24 availbility on your post and not answer the work line when you are not ready to accept work.

My A/C went out and I wanted to see what the issue was. The Lexany technician showed up on time and after a brief description of my A/C issue, he went outside and began to work. A short while later, he came back to the front door, said he was done and presented me with a bill. I was not told what the issue was up front, options were not discussed, prices were not disclosed to me, and I did not give the go-ahead to complete the job. I thought this was unprofessional and put me in a corner. The only price I'd be made aware of was the $40 ($50) service fee for the technician to show up and inspect the problem, then I was hit with the bill. Proceed with caution.
Tech was very courteous and explained service in great detail. Got my unit up and running in no time. I would definitely use the again.
Had a brand new 4 ton heat pump installed inside and outside unit on a Saturday, the installers was done in about 5 hours. I will definitely use them if I need a/c or heating service in the future. If you are reading this review and like to save money give them a call you will love the service and prices. I am not going to list the price for what I paid for my unit, because every service call is different. Call them up and see for yourself.

Gustavo did a great job again. As a repeat customer, he had me a new heating and air system installed quickly during the recent cold weather crisis. You can't go wrong with this company.
My furnace went out in the dead of summer and I was without cool air for two days. I got the name of Lexany's from a friend who'd used them before. I was told that their pricing and service couldn't be beat. I talked to Eduardo on the phone. He asked a lot of questions and gave me several options on how to fix my system. I ended up electing to get my entire furnace replaced. His guys also added new duct work and reopened two returns that had previously been closed. Even with all that work, they were AT LEAST half the price of the other three companies I had come out and quote me. What's more, they came out within two days and were done in only a few hours. My system worked perfectly right away. Recently, as the weather turned cooler, I noticed my heater wasn't kicking on. I called Eduardo in the morning and that afternoon, one of his guys was at the house. The problem wasn't with their installation but with the wiring in my house. Even so, they were in and out in 10 minutes and now I have heat. I cannot recommend Lexany highly enough. The price is easily the best I've seen and their work is flawless. Eduardo is very responsive and his workers are professional and excellent at what they do. I would absolutely use these guys again!
The service I received was very professional & extremely timely. They were able to come out & assess what I needed done & had a competitive quote for me immediately. I will definitely call them again in the future if I need additional work done.
Jacob was very helpful he helped me redesign the ductwork in my home that was poorly designed by the contractor and now have even distribution through out my home thank you again Lexany's and Jacob.
