Very reasonable and very honest. Came out to do a repair and after giving me an estimate and the go ahead, as he was replacing the part needed he found another part that needed to be replaced. He did it at no charge! Great customer service.
I was having cooling issues with my two story house in Orangevale. I had a business card from Leonard Heating and Air so I gave them a call. That morning they came out and diagnosed a bad thermostat. Within thirty minutes they changed out the thermostat and had cool air blowing. I was so relieved to find out that is was such an inexpensive item instead spending a few thousand dollars on a new A/C unit. Leonard Heating and Air was fast, friendly and HONEST! I recently contacted this company for an issue I was having with my furnace. When Leonard arrived he diagnosed this issue and found the problem that several other companies could not.
