They are a joke. They can't keep an appt. Twice I scheduled appt to get quotes. Twice they tex me wanting to change the times, right before the set appt time. Then I told never mind. Not professional at all.

Already knowing what the issue was with our AC unit, I tried calling around to a few of their local competitors. After getting the run around regarding specific pricing for a particular job to be done, I was getting the feeling like the local companies I had reached out to were just trying to have a guy show up so they could up-sell me once they had arrived. Then I found these guys through a Google search and saw that they offer online (texted) quotes. Got the quote I was comfortable with after they waved the $75 diag fee (as I knew what the problem was) and booked the appointment for later the same day! They were Great! The whole team was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Not to mention fast and efficient. They even gave me a nice tip to help prolong the life of the part I had them replace. I would definitely recommend these guys and actually already have.

I was looking online for my furnace to be repaired and I came across Lehigh HVAC with a 5 star rating. I called to get a quote and they were very quick to come out,I ended up needing a new unit I got a great deal ,they were very professional I definitely recommend them.
I contacted them for humidifier installation. First impression from the phone call was good, they are very open to discuss the job I am looking for and provide flexibility for negotiation. They replied my call and cared about customer need. The conversation made me feel good about them. Then they came to my house on time, looking at the job, they are very professional. They know exactly what they need to do, and how to get it done professionally. They worked on the installlation carefully and professionally. They are open for the conversation with me, letting me ask whatever questions during the installation, explained things clearly step by step, addresing whatever need/concern I have. So far so good, the job has been done looking great. I am going to test the systeem for coming weeks to be sure everything is working great. I assume it will work great. They are very nice gentlemen, cared about customer need/concerm. They are very professional. I think their quote is more reasonable compared to others, they are open for reasonable negotiation. Overall, I am very happy for the great job they have done for us. I told them that, in future I will always contact them for AC/heating repairing. From my experience, they ae very professional and trustable with more reasonable quote. Great job, guys, keep the good work up.
Had a problem with the A/C earlier this year and my friend suggested Lehigh HVAC. I called and set up an appointment. Ahmed came and checked the A/C and let me know that the system was still under warranty. He told me the cost and when the replacement could happen. After the replacement, there have not been any issues with the A/C. I am very happy with the service and highly recommend it.

Excellent customer service
My experience with Lehigh HVAC began when a pressure switch in my gas furnace failed. I had been up at least twice the night before to bypass the switch so the house didn’t get too cold. I tried to locate a new switch myself, but couldn’t find a local supplier that would sell me a switch the next morning. I then checked the manufactures site to locate local service providers in the area. I called Lehigh HVAC on a hunch. I got through to a voicemail, but I didn’t leave a message. Even so, Affan called me back, and asked me if he could be of any help. I explained what was going on, and he offered to schedule an emergency service same day. He also asked me to provide him with the furnace model and the part number of the switch, so that he could ensure the techs had it on the truck when they arrived. Not only did his techs arrive with the switch I needed, but they arrived early and called me about 20 mins ahead of time just to ensure I’d be home. The techs confirmed my diagnosis, replaced the switch and had my heat operating properly again in less than 20 minutes. Moreover, the service was provided at a very fair and reasonable price. I highly, highly recommended using Lehigh Valley HVAC for maintenance and emergency service. An absolute fantastic experience.
