First of all the repair person did not show up or call after scheduling first appointment between 3pm-8 pm. Around 7 pm I czllled him. He did not even know who I was and said there was no way he could keep appoint yet that night but he could come out the next morning which he was suppose to call when on the way. He did show up but lAter than he had said. After looking at Furnance and saying it wZs fan motor said he would submit clZim to wZrranty and chatted me 80 for service call and he would call me after it was approved. Never heard from him again but warranty company told me it had been approved and would be done soon. Still no word from I bdllueve it was DAn. Appointment was set Friday after Thanksgiving between 3pm and 8 again. Still no call. Early afternoon I called him: he said the warehouse was closed and appointment should not have been set but he would go see if part was there Saturday which was next day and he would contact me. Never heArd another word from him. I told him to set appointment after 14 of December. Still no word. So I called warranty company they said part had been ordered. Wrong and assured me Dan would keep in Contact still no contact . I called him after Christmas he said he was not doing work until wZrranty company paid him for other work and ask me to let him contact company and he would do work soon. No contact again. He finally text me and said he would do work as soon as he took care of other contracts. I text today. Or exact date. He text back and said he was not going to do work after keeping me wZiting for almost five weeks. I paid him for nothing niw will have to pay someone else to come out for estimate again !! He should refund my money but he does not honor his word so I can not see that happening, I would gave him minus /0 if I could have. Bewear of this company. Would not recommend !!

Daniel helped us get our furnace operational. He was transparent throughout the process - very informative on what was wrong, what was being done to fix it, how to use/maintain everything after it was fixed, and what it would cost. My family absolutely will be calling Daniel again for any A/C, furnace, or appliance issues in the future.
