Outstanding experience!!! Demarkus was our technician and salesman. He assessed our situation, worked with the home warranty company, recommended our total HVAC equipment replacement and installed the new system. Everything he said, he did. Right on time, expert work, reasonable price. Best in- home installation of any appliance in the 34 years we have lived in this house. We have the phone number in our address book and will call Legacy Services Company with all future HVAC issues. Demarkus is the guy to ask for.

DeMarcus and Kelly are awesome! Don't let the overall rating here fool you, this company is solid GOLD. I've been dealing with air conditioner issues for the last year and have had multiple companies out to handle my home warranty claim. LEGACY was the company handling the redispatched claim. DeMarcus was friendly, professional, and honest enough to be straight forward with what was happening and what to expect. He worked with Choice Home Warranty to get quick authorized repairs and got the repairs done timely. He truly went above and beyond to help me get the problem resolved and gave me some helpful tips for longevity of my units. Kelly (office admin) was super pleasant as well when she called to schedule my repairs. They did what they could up make it as convenient as possible for me and truly were pleasant to work with! I'll definitely be using them again for any HVAC needs!

I see the negative reviews, but I can only review based on my own experience. Legacy was sent my way through my home warranty company after my AC went out. A few days later Demarkus showed up and was very friendly and helpful. He was quick to diagnose my repair and inform me on some information I was not aware of with my AC unit. He also was very helpful in giving me some first-time home owner tips and recommendations. So thanks for the help Legacy!

Run away! What a horrible experience! They tried to charge me $700 extra for non-covered services to replace a water heater. I've been fighting with them for over a week. They fine answer calls and it takes over a week to get somebody out to the house.... even with water leaking in the house.

I have an issue with my gas water heater. The gas control valve needs replaced. Legacy Service company was assigned by my warranty company and they did the original diagnostic and recommended replacement. They said they would be back in about 4 days to repair once parts were in. It is now 2.5 weeks later and I have been rescheduled going on 3 times. They still haven't come. They reschedule via text which you cannot reply to. They do not answer calls when calling to inquire about why. This is totally unacceptable. Terrible company to work with. I'm in the process of reassigning my claim and terrible disgusted by the lack of customer service or even basic communication by this company. Would not recommend at all.

I never leave reviews…………….My home warranty company picked them, they texted an appt date without even speaking with me, then didn’t bother to show up, I called and no one answered, left a message and an email, they finally called back and said they had canceled and rescheduled, they had done this without notifying me, they finally came out and diagnosed my AC problem several days later, they ordered parts and said once the parts were in they would be able to repair it quickly, that was a lie, the parts came in and they couldn’t get to us for 10 more days, then they didn’t show up again, this time I got a text message saying they rescheduled me a week out, I tried calling again no answer, emailed no response. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!…… edited to add that I just called again and they said my appointment was rescheduled as the parts were not available. I called them out on that as they had told me the parts were in when they scheduled the appointment for today to begin with, she said she would call their supervisor and get back to me….

This is the most unprofessional service and communication I have ever received. I called and left a message on Thursday and Friday and my phone call was just returned Monday morning. Where the customer service representative hung up on me after I informed her that their tech left the panel off of my AC, asking for a $25 dollar refund to my $75 service fee, since I had to have someone else put the panel back after the tech lost the original screws. I would NOT recommend them to ANYONE. HORRIBLE customer service.

This company was selected by Home Warranty of America when my A/C stopped working. No technician showed to examine unit until 11 days following claim submitted. Was a no call no show for day of replacement. Would not return calls from me but would return calls from warranty company and provide them with unaccurate, misleading responses. Extremely unprofessional

Legacy was select by my home warranty company to replace our Water Heater and was glad they did. DeMarcus came over to evaluate and replace the unit. He was ontime, very professional, good at his job and just a nice guy. He did very good work and was efficient. A few days later there was a defect in the pilot assembly that had to be replaced. DeMarcus/Legacy was very reponsive. He squeezed me in amongst busy service calls and guided me to work with the manfacturer to get the part overnighted. DeMarcus came back on Saturday, his day off, to quickly replace the defective part and got his hot water again. DeMarcus went above and beyond to help out my family get hot water this weekend. I'm so pleased with his care, dedication, and expertise! Thank you!! Legacy is now my go-to for HVAC and Water Heaters moving forward.

Its the number 1 shady company in Olathe. They installed a new furnace for my home and it broke from next day and they never came back to fix it. Lot lot of money on this. They wont even respond now.
