My rating is not very good nor horrible, however I don’t think I would ever use Left Coast Air again or ever refer them.. This was the 3rd time and 2 times was the same guy, but sadly both guys had the same attitude. Not friendly whatsoever. They almost made me feel like it was a hassle for them to come out. I can’t say I was even happy with the service. I told the service rep that a friend had seen one of the vents had come loose. I even have a picture of it. But the guy said there was no problem. I don’t think it was repaired, but I wasn’t about to argue with him. But I will report this to my insurance and show them the picture.
Brandon was on time, friendly, and assessed the floor heater. He also went into crawl space to better analyze the state of the unit. He assured me that the Sr. Tech would evaluate the repairs needed and get back to us today. Thank you, Brandon... Thank you, Brandon

Great customer service, we had Paul out almost 2 years ago and have never had a problem since. Today we had him just do a pre summer check up, all was good.
