Mr. Lee was referred to me by a friend. He was professional and knowledgeable. He came out to my place have me a estimate for services (Plumbing). He came back a couple days later to complete the job. He also gave me an estimate for Servicing my furnace. He will be replacing my furnace soon. I recommend him. And will be using him for my future plumbing, furnace, etc needs.
I would definitely recommend this company! I called them last minute the day before Thanksgiving and they were at my property in less than an hour and fixed my furnace, saving the holiday for me and my family! They were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable.

If I can give this company a zero or below I would. Do not do business with this company. They are unprofessional and tells lies. The guy Paul came out to fix our air conditioner and a couple of days it stopped working again. I called and text him no response. He finally respond and told me 4 times he will come and faked us out each time. I regret paying him all the money the first time.

There is a serious lack of professionalism and customer service these days across the board. And then comes Lees... On one of the hottest days this year he was called at the very last minute for an A/C repair. Not only did he respond right away, but when he came his level of professionalism was one of the greatest I've seen in a while in a contractor. He was very thorough and knowledgeable at his craft. He took his time explored all aspects of the problem and was able to resolve the issue speedily at a very fair cost. He was able to answer all questions asked and even took time to give advice on system maintenance. Anyone needing HVAC repair need not look any further than here. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
My furnace went out on one of the coldest nights. I called Lee's Furnace Service and they came out and repaired my furnace the same day. Very professional, efficient, and affordable.

I was having issues with my A/C unit; it was making loud noises and blowing warm air. I called Mr. Lee to discuss my issue and he came out the same day (within hours) to address the situation… I will use him again if future instances arise, and will refer him to family & friends. As of March 1st, I have tried to contact him and he had not returned my texts or phone calls. He removed the Air Purifier because he said it wasn’t working because it made a sound so I contacted the company that installed it and they told me that it supposed to make the sound when the furnace comes on. I texted him to come and reinstall it with no response from him. I had to pay the company that originally installed the Air Purifier to reinstall it. I would say he was prompt the first time I contacted him, but not since.
I have received services from Lees Furnace for over three years in all areas identified above but also electrical. Not only are the services EXCELLENT but Mr Lee is an awesome young man respectful, considerate, trustworthy and those qualities are extremely rare these days. I am a older homeowner and I HIGHLY recommend Mr Lee. 🤗💕
Lee's Furnace Service came out to our office and installed our first smart thermostat. They even educated us on how to get a rebate with the utility company for having an energy efficient smart device installed. They were quick, professional and worked around our schedule for the install. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you for the superb service. It's refreshing to know a company like yours exist that still know the true meaning of customer service!
