With all the rain water flooding I needed work done in my bathroom. It was last minute and didn’t know who to call. I did a google search and came across Lee’s. He came out right away and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Very professional! Thank you again for the help! We’ll be back

It’s unfortunate that we’re in the era of greed. We hired this contractor via Thumbtack. He had a quick response and was able to come out the next morning to look at our hot water heater. He indicated that there were loose cords, so he tightened them up. He told us to give it 2 hours for the water to heat back up. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case, but we were patient and gave it more time. The water never heated back up, so reached back out to the company to see if they could come back and take a look since the issue hadn’t been resolved. After giving up the run around, he agreed to come to back the next day. His tardiness was the least of my worries. It was the lack of professionalism when I called to ask if he would still be coming after waiting over an hour for his arrival. He indicated that he had been in my driveway for 10 minutes. He came in and immediately started to defend himself by stating that he did nothing wrong with the hot water heater. I let him know that I wasn’t faulting him. I just wanted the issue resolved. Fast forward to him completing another diagnosis, he determined that the hot water should be replaced. Then he charged me an additional $75 service fee for coming out again when he was paid $280 yesterday. That’s completely unacceptable when the issue wasn’t resolved and still isn’t. It should’ve been a courtesy seeing as we are still having hot water issues. To make matters worst, when he left my home, I went to the basement to see that he left my exterior basement door wide open. Such a horrible experience!
