Lee and his associate Kevin diagnosed why our central air conditioning stopped working. We needed a new motor on an outside unit that was over 20 years old. Instead of proposing a more expensive complete system replacement, Lee somehow was able to locate a compatible replacement motor, which Kevin installed a few days later. It was just in time before the heat wave hit a couple of weeks ago, and the entire system has been running better than it has in a long time. Honest, trustworthy, and effective, Lee’s did a great job for us at a reasonable price.
Lee is the BEST person to call if you have a problem with your heating or cooling. Lee is super responsive, always finds and takes care of the problem, and charges fair and reasonable rates. On top of all that, he is a really nice person. Lee has helped us out a number of times now - we tried other service providers in the past, but now that we have found Lee, we will never call anyone else.
Lee is awesome. After years of problems with my system, Lee has straightened everything out. And if you are in a jam, he'll come right over -- nights and weekends. Always super pleasant. I only wish I had found him sooner. There are lots of HVAC folks out there that don't know what they are doing or overcharge -- or both -- but Lee is a really decent guy. Look no further.

We were so upset when we woke up early Saturday morning and discovered we had no hot water and a major problem with our hot water heater. But we were so happy that Lee's Heating and Cooling came promptly to our rescue! Within a short time Lee's Heating and Cooling inspected our hot water heater, discovered the problem, and set to fixing it. All of the men were professional and courteous and they cleaned up after everything was done. The new hot water heater is working great. A fantastic family business, thanks so much! Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
It's not many times that a homeowner comes across a contractor, hvac, or other home repair serviceperson that is courteous, on time, good communicators and very fair with their price. Mr Gordon, Son's and workers were all the aforesaid. They installed a Ductless Mini Split 4-zone system at my house very thoroughly and quickly. Mr. Gordon was patient and a great communicator. What a great system! I highly recommend Mr. Gordon/Lees Heating and Cooling for any HVAC work.
