I called this place quite a few times last week and my calls were always promptly answered and Lee was very pleasant. Therefore, I decided to schedule an appointment for today. this appt was made 5 days ago. I called Lee this morning at 7am to confirm and he said yes a tech will be out between 10am-11am. TWO hours after my appt window went by and nothing. I called a total 6 times throughout the day and texted twice with NO REPLY. There were no efforts made to apologize and/or reschedule. This place is a joke. Dont waste your time! go elsewhere!!!

Scheduled two different appointments told me to text him my address. Was a no call, no show. Don't do business with this individual, sounds like there working out of there van and unorganized.

Technician showed up 2 hours late the first time for a no cooling call. Charged us for a Thermostat and service call. Two days pass and unit turned off again. Called company back and he said someone would be out at 8-9 am. Next day comes. No call No show. Called them back at lunch time and he said he would be there after 1. and yet again NO CALL NO SHOW AGAIN STILL HASN'T ANSWERED PHONE or Texted back in which he did the day before when it was payment time. Hasn't offered refund, Guess the repair was too complicated for him to make and so he bailed. is this the kind of contractor you want working in your home?
This company has always gave me a positive experience. The quality of service you get from this company is good and always right on time. i would recommend anyone to use this company's services. You won't be disappointed.
I wouldn't use this company PERIOD! I took me 5 days to get an appointment for them to diagnose a problem with my air conditioner. They were supposed to come and diagnose/repair my air conditioner between 11 AM and 3 PM and they never showed up (after I waited there half the day). When I called to find out why, they were extremely rude and hung up on me. Totally unprofessional ... not to mention unreliable. They really do not even deserve 1-star.
Pretended they came to my place to check on my ac. Never showed up and hung up on me when I questioned them about it. Didn’t even offer to reschedule. Worst company I have ever dealt with!

I received a second opinion from University Heating & A/C . The first company I called charge $85.00 for a trip charge and wanted to charge an additional $400.00 for a pressure switch. University Heating & A/C has no trip charge fee. University Heating A/C charge 89.00 for the pressure switch.
