These guys are awesome - used them for a variety of work over the last two years and most recently today - boiler repair, central air repair and maintenance, gas line installation, moving baseboards and more. Every time I’ve called they have been very responsive, come right away, given very reasonable prices upfront, and not charged me for advice or unnecessary work. Quality of work has also been exceptional. Can’t say enough.
I’ve used LC before when no one else wanted to help me with my navien combi boiler. He came in when he said he would and did what he had to do and also explained to me what went wrong and what he did to fix it. Today I called because my heater wasn’t working and he was able to fix it through the phone. He asked for nothing in return. Thanks again.

Luis and his team did a great job replacing my old combi boiler with a new one in. My tenant was out of hot water, but it only took a couple days for Luis to come in, quote, and complete the job. Very responsive, highly recommend!
Luis was very professional throughout the process. Came out to see the place and sent us an estimate same day. Our rental property’s tankless water heater and forced air heat combi unit failure. Luis finished the job in 2 days, while replacing a great deal of components: piping, pumps, expansion tank, etc.
