Lawrence Heating and Air Services

This company was hired through a contractor for our home renovation project. Our OLD furnace starting having issues (very little use, as we had not moved into the home). The contractor provided us the direct contact of "Lawrence" because Lawrence stopped responding to the contractor (unknown reasons). Lawrence responded to us via text or phone 3 times but WOULD NOT COME BACK ONSITE to service or look at the issue, and then stop responding to us as well. We decided to have the furnace replaced. BUT we would have like to have the several hundred dollars we paid go towards the replacement or even advised.
