***On time arrival*** Jay is awesome! I hired LH&AC, LLC to diagnose and repair my AC units. Jay was thorough and informative, kind and efficient. He explained my dilemma to me and commenced to make the necessary repairs. Within 30 minutes, Jay had finished the job and had conferred with me; all while not making a mess in my home or my yard. Jay was respectful, patient, and offered an affordable service. LH&AC, LLC is now my service provider of choice! Great job!

Jay's team were prompt and professional. There was a small issue with initial repair but Jay responded the same evening I notified him of it. He came out the next day and took care of it. I like that they are a smaller company, the owner comes out to do the work.

He answered my call in a few min came to see the problem with in hours and diagnosed the problem imidiatly. When the part got to him he was back in my house and fixed the problem. I wish the warranty company was that good. Thanks for everything.

Mr. Laughlin was very competent and thoughtful about our needs. He has done several repairs for us (and also our adult daughter who has a home nearby). We tasked him with replacing our upstairs central AC unit when it failed this summer. Now he has just completed replacing our main zone unit. He did it quickly and efficiently, at a good price, with the top system (Bosch with an 18 SEER this time). I would highly recommend Jay Laughlin.
We were referred to Jay by a friend when our AC failed during the hottest part of the summer. He arrived within hours of our call. Eventually our heat pump failed and we turned to him for replacement recommendations. He gave us several clearly worded quotes and answered all questions. He replaced our unit quickly and did great work. He explained how the thermostat worked and even set it up for us. Heat was out, Jay came out promptly and got it going again, the oil furnace is quieter than it ever has been. Will always recommend him to everyone as someone who knows what he is doing and not try to sell a bunch of stuff that is not needed. Thank you again Jay for a job well done!
