Phillip has assisted us at two separate properties now and I can truly say he is the most responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and economical HVAC professional I have ever known! Yesterday we had a problem with cooling unit and instead of just ordering an expensive part to replace as manual stated he was able to diagnose and repair the unit on the spot in less than an hour and took the extra time to inspect and service our upstairs unit additionally. Whether it be new installs, maintenance, or repair he’s the best I’ve ever seen!
Our furnace stopped working and company A gave us a quote for $780 to replace 3 different parts. Then I had Latitude look at the furnace. Latitude identified 1 part that needed to be replaced. Our furnace is working great and it was a fraction of the original companies quote. Phillip with Latitude is thorough and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend his company!
Philip did an excellent job installing two gas wall furnaces. He was very easy to work with, professional, courteous, and prompt. I will definitely seek his service in the future and highly recommend him for your HVAC needs.
First thing we noticed, he was on time! Philip listened to our description of the problem and went forward from there. He diagnosed the problem quickly, advised how he could fix and waited before starting for our approval to move forward. He fixed it quickly, he did not ride the clock. He even did a check up on our gas furnace when we requested it and now we have peace of mind for the upcoming winter months. Reasonably priced and honest service. We know who our go to company is now.
Phillip is very professional and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my heat pump unit. He responded immediately to my call, diagnosed the problem and had my system operational within an hour of his arrival. This is the second time I have used Latitude Heating & Air and I have been extremely impressed with the service provided on each occasion. I highly recommend Latitude for HVAC repair issues.
Once the weather was getting cooler, my heater decided to malfunction. I didn't hesitate to call Latitude Heating & Air. Phillip was at my property the next morning, diagnosed the issue (caused by a previous repairman), and solved the problem by noon. Do business with them if you're looking for an. honest professional and an all around respectful guy.

Phillip is always helpful and knowledgeable. He's provided AC and now Heat maintenance to get us ready for the seasons and his prices are fair. We will only be using Latitude H&A in our home!
