Honest, responsive, great value, professional & on the ball.
These guys are top notch! Spence is by far the easiest and most helpful HVAC contractor I've dealt with, and I've dealt with a few. He and his crew installed a new furnace for me and the professionalism went above and beyond!! Superb customer service, which in these days is hard to come by. Very highly recommended!!! Keep up the great work fellas, you rock!!
Josh and Tom installed our new AC. They had to come back for a 2nd day which was unplanned, but it all worked out and it seems that they took their time to make sure everything was done correctly. I haven't had to really use the AC yet, but I know it was cold when they were testing it. It looks great too and hopefully all will be working great when summer finally hits.

Spencer and his crew were very professional, respectful and did an artfully good job installing our new boiler system. I would 100% recommend these guys for major and minor HVAC jobs. After the job was complete they cleaned up and left the place as good or better than it was before. Also, they're genuinely nice guys. The only downside we experienced was communication. It often took two or three tries to get their attention and feedback (mostly text and email). We wrote it off as being super-busy, and in the end they generally came through. Just be prepared for radio silence and the need to tenaciously re-engage with them when they're off on other jobs. Other than this, five stars for Latitude 43 A kindly note to Spencer: even a "Hi, I received your message and will get back to you" would be waaay better than no response at all.
I highly recommend Latitude.43. My furnace was not heating the house adequately and giving off the fault code "31" after operating for a few minutes. I called them after hours, left a voicemail, and Spencer (owner) called me back a few minutes later. I appreciated that he started with some suggestions on how I might be able to fix it myself, but the problem turned out to be more complicated once gave him more information. He came over promptly (again, after hours), talked through the possible problems as he worked (and educating me), troubleshooted the typical reasons one-by-one for that particular fault code (pressure switch failure), and eventually diagnosed and fixed the problem (water/condensation backing up into the unit at the trap). Heat works perfectly now. A good reminder to not skip my furnace tune-ups. I learned about Latitude.43 because they were previously hired by my contractor to do some duct work for a bathroom model. They were professional, kind, and excellent to work with and are a veteran-owned company, so I made note of them for the next time I had any HVAC issues. I intend to rely on them again in the future.
Spencer and the team were amazing! Very professional and responsive to my questions about options. I greatly appreciated the time everyone took to make sure the furnace/AC replacement went smoothly. I highly recommend Latitude 43 for HVAC needs!
Spencer and the team at Latitude.43 HVAC are TOP-SHELF!! Our heat went out on Easter Sunday. Without hesitation, Spencer made a house call to provide us with a temporary fix. After months of struggling to find a furnace inducer motor that wasn't on back-order or pre-sold, we finally have heat, and we once again were made a priority to ensure we had an operable furnace before the temps drop. If you are looking for a local, veteran owned company, this is the one you want! Not only is their service and professionalism top notch, they are also invested in giving back to the communities in which they serve. We will be lifelong customers without a doubt!
My AC took a turn for the worse this summer. Through a Facebook post Spencer reached out to me and came that very day to give me a quote on a new AC and furnace. The quote was available the next day and soon after that he scheduled me. Since then he has been in contact about updates until the day of install. Him and his team were very professional and a joy to be around. They did awesome work! Highly recommend. Thank you again guys 😁
Spencer and his team are wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend Latitude.43. They are incredibly knowledgeable and professional which makes for a really great experience. It is obvious customer satisfaction is their number one priority. In one instance, my A/C failed, Spencer arrived on-site, diagnosed the problem and fixed the unit in less than an hour from when I called. They are top notch!
Very prompt scheduling and professional. Spencer was running a few minutes behind and I received a call well in advance to notify me of the new arrival time. The customer service, expertise, and values will make me a lifelong customer. Not only did Spencer identify the immediate issue, he offered advice on service(s) that may be needed down the road. I did not feel pressured to “purchase” additional services and did not feel taken advantage of. Pricing was discussed upfront and extremely reasonable. Spencer and Josh were absolutely amazing to work with. They were upfront, honest, and answered every question I had. They truly went above and beyond what they had to do. Not only did they have to remove a 2 story tall tree that was in the way, they went and bought landscaping rock to make sure the AC unit was level. They were so kind and accommodating, I would highly recommend Latitude 43

Excellent experience, very impressed! Latitude .43 HVAC and Energy Solutions is a veteran-owned and operated business that provides exceptional work for a fair price. Spencer was responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and honest. This company does not try to oversell services and equipment; I was presented with multiple options every step of the way. Spencer was able to make a couple cost-effective adjustments to my current (outdated) system, and now it is working like it’s brand-new. All of the work was done in a timely and tidy manner. I highly recommend Latitude .43 HVAC and Energy Solutions to everyone with any heating/cooling service needs.

RECOMMEND AC GUY -. Latitude 43, Spencer Sennhenn. My AC hasnt been working efficiently, not cooling the house to set temperature for a couple weeks now. Spencer came in, looked everything over and fixed the problem. I have a cool house again. Reasonable on pricing, willing to negeotiate.

Spencer was super thorough and was especially great about explaining what he was doing and why. I have had a few companies out to do scheduled maintenance on our furnace and AC but none have ever spent so much time making sure all my questions were answered. It was also the first time anyone had inspected the outside AC unit, let alone actually cleaning it! His prices are very reasonable and I feel confident he will stand behind his work and be there when we need him.
