Great family operated business!

I ended up choosing this company through my home warranty. They were able to come out in less than 48 hours. Two other companies I also called were estimating a week to come out at the earliest. Latino Heating and Air answered the phone immediately both times that I called and has a very pleasant phone agent. The engineer Felix who made the repairs gave a courtesy call when he was on his way and arrived at the very beginning of the appointment window. The engineer was nice, knowledgeable, and professional. The repair was completed in less than an hour and my air works as it should. They reassured me that in the unlikely even that their repair failed, there would be no additional charge for them to return. I couldn’t ask for any more out of an HVAC company. 10/10 would recommend.

This company was referred to me by my former home warranty company (Home Warranty of America). Firstly Latino Heating & Air did not respond to voice messages in a timely manner. They did not honor the time frame that we ultimately agreed for the service. The service tech gave misleading information compared to what I agreed to with HWA. Overall poor communication skills and a lack of accountability! I will not use this company and highly suggest choosing an alternative. It's just not worth the headache when you can't take the word of the customer service rep nor the tech that performs the repair.

Felix came to my house to figure out if a damper for my bedroom was possible. Damper board needed to be upgraded as it could only maintain the two already being used. Fishing a line for the thermostat was impossible so Felix recommended a wireless thermostat (dohh... yes technology is great). All in all it was a great professional job upon completion! Also, first business I ever paid with Zelle. Bye bye checks. Latino Air is awesome.
A lot of times, people have to worry about local Heating and Air Companies scamming people, but not this one! This business provides excellent and quality service! From the secretaries to the technicians this organization provides quality service. Our family need to get several parts replaced on our unit, like the compressor and this company replaced it! Our system for years is still running like it’s new! If you want true quality, and affordability with work of true value for your money, please use Latino Heating & Air.

This company is very courteous, prompt, and professional. They even took my call after hours and had the owner call me when it was an emergency. Had to work in tight quarters but never complained. They did some work for my son several years ago and were superb at his house as they were also at mine. I would definitely recommend them!!! Great job!
Latino Heating & Air provided exceptional service when our heater when on the fritz. Felix called about 30 minutes ahead of his arrival. He worked efficiently and neatly. He explained the issue in a non-techy way so I could understand the problem. He fixed it quickly and my family was warm in no time.
The two guys who came out were very friendly and knowledgeable. They understood our needs and worked within our budget to take care of our issue undoubtedly. They worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. We will definitely call them again if we have any other issues.
