Very professional. Jason did an amazing job. Showed up on time, worked around my schedule, was incredibly gracious and friendly through the whole process. He went as far as to attempt to recreate the problem with the new unit to garuanteed it wouldn't happen again. My apartment has never felt so perfect temperature wise. 11/10 would recommend
Extremely professional and helpful. Climbed up on our roof in the rain to check all systems. Found the problem and gave a cost effective solution. Checked back later to make sure everything was working well. Highly recommend.
We want to give Nick at Lassen Air and Refrigeration a huge shout out for helping us this past weekend when our air conditioner started blowing hot air. It was a holiday and did not expect him to respond immediately. He insisted on coming over that afternoon and was able to assess and fix our air conditioner in less than an hour!!
