Over a month it took to get 1st paycheck. Horrible had to deal wit some mystery owner.
Guy they sent Roy was very rude and was overcharging me. He had attitude as soon as he walked in the door. Never will do business or recommend this servuce.
We have been without heat for a couple days. It's been unusually cold this week, Murphy's law, right! Because of our work schedule we had to wait until Saturday to call someone. I'm sure glad we called this company. They were very friendly, efficient, honest and knowledgeable. Turned out we needed a new motor for the heater. Their prices were VERY reasonable, and our technician Ricky was VERY professional and a super nice guy. He had the problem diagnosed, and repaired in under 2 hours. We are warm and able to enjoy the rest of our weekend in comfort. I know they had a full schedule this weekend, but they still fit us in and took care businesses. I would highly recommend this company.
Las Vegas Air Conditioning is very professional from start to finish. The receptionist took my call and scheduled for a next day appointment. On the day of the appointment Andre B. called me to let me know he was about 30 minutes away. When he got to my house he let me know what was wrong with my air conditioner and gave me excellent tips on how to maintain it to ensure longevity. He fixed my air conditioner in record time was very professional. I highly recommend Las Vegas Air Conditioning for all your hvac needs.
Kevin was very thorough and did not waste my time. He tested all aspects of my furnace and pointed out some potential problems that I needed to be aware of. I appreciate it.
I was very happy with the service I received this week on my heating systems in my home. The technician, Stan, was very knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all my questions about the systems with knowing and confidence. He was always very professional and very efficient. Thanks, Stan. Andre was very professional, no nonsense and did the inspection in a timely manner. No up charging and very honest about my equipment needs. I will be using Andre again.

I don't usually take the time and effort for surveys but I am taking an exemption on this one... Stan , the service tech deserves kudos and praises for his honest and expert work.
This company palys game, They want 3 times as much as other company to repair A/C, Save your time, Don't call them. I wish there was better choice than 1 star, They are Zero in my list.
Andre came out and installed new parts on my ac unit. Awesome service very polite. Will recommend in the future.

Johnathan my technician was very knowledgeable and was able to fix my problem very quickly. I highly recommend him as well as Las Vegas Air Conditioning. They are a great company to use if you want a new air conditioning system or a repair for your current system.

08/17/16: I had LV AIR come out and check out my Unit. Was not cooling well. My tech was Andre. Andre was friendly, professional and efficient. I felt safe having him in my home. Did my check-up and he was out the door. I would recommend! Keep up the good work.
Las Vegas Air Conditioning came out the day before we were set to leave on vacation. Couldn't leave our pets at home in a hot house for over a week, so we needed the unit fixed asap. The initial part they tried to replace didn't solve the issue, but they managed to replace the entire unit in a single day, which was amazing. Stayed until late that night to be sure it was done, can't express how great their techs were and how hard they worked. We did have some loudness from the new unit initially. Their tech, Micheal came out today and figured out the noise was coming from pipes inside the wall not insulated properly (not their fault since those pipes were installed by the builder, but the new more powerful unit made it more noticeable). He spent all day working to open the wall and fix, going beyond our expectations. Great service and all of their techs (Michael was great!) were very nice and really worked their collective butts off to get the repairs done quickly. The owners take a deep interest in any issues and respond quickly and directly, which is rare to find these days. Would highly recommend to anyone needing their AC worked on.
