Charlie was professional and straight to the point price was very affordable
The service technicians were very professional took time to answer questions. Went beyond what I was expecting I will be doing a yearly maintenance.
Charley was awesome! Very quick and didn’t mind me asking question and just really knocked it out of the park 10/10 . Same with I believe his name was (Brian ? ) who came out for an separate and unrelated issue a couple weeks before when my AC needed recharged. If I have HVAC issues these are the people I’ll call from now on.
I can’t say enough about this company. The customer service was excellent and the workmanship was even better. They did exactly what they said they would do and beyond. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the HVAC system they installed in my old home! I will never even consider using anyone else going forward and nor should you!!
Our technician Brian was very professional and efficient, and the price of the service was reasonable. We will use this company again and recommend it to others.
Brian came to listen to a noise in the furnace. He checked everything and then ended up ordering a part which he installed. Brian seemed very knowledgeable about my system and was courteous.
I can’t speak highly enough of Larry Cook H&C. They’ve been to my house multiple times in the past year to help me out with my 31-year-old system. They’ve always been intelligent and honest, and if I’ve had any issues with it they’ve been quick to help. Every time I’ve called them, I’ve had someone out the same day and they’re always transparent about their scheduling for that day. They came and helped me out with my A/C on a busy 110 degree day this summer and then again with my heater on one of the 15 degree days. Prices are fair and comparable to other companies. These guys are awesome, would highly recommend them to anyone!

D Brian was my tech. repaired & replaced parts on my air conditioner. Replaced control board & rerouted wiring. Very professional & knowledgeable. Very satisfied will use again.
Called and got a tech on same day Tech found bad ignition on furnace tech had part on van and fixed it Was worried about gas line being moved but it all ok Great price and service was honest They even offered to come and double check for leaks Not many companies are honest but Larry cook heating is and I'm very proud of them for being honest and trustworthy
My heater died and fortunately it was early December and not a mid January or February. They were able to come the next day, compared to some others which were a week out. My solenoid had gone bad and needed replaced. As it turns out it's a 32 year old unit. We opted to replace the whole thing. A week later, which was more my first availability than it was theirs, a small army of people showed up at my door at around 0800. The army was nearly decimated by the end of the day with just a few soldiers remaining they completed the mission by 1700. Gary (I think that was his name) Cook, was a super nice guy and addressed any issues that came up along the way.
Professional, great communication and left the work area clean. The replacement parts for my heater works great. Definitely Larry Cook is "my" go to.
These con-artist ripped my mom off for $8000 for a new unit and never did make it work correctly. Their installation left a gap between the new unit and ductwork. The owner even went as far as to say thats not a problem. I wonder how many seniors you have to rip off to afford cooling the outside. 10/10 wouldn't recommend to my enemies much less friends.
A year ago we were searching for solutions to an ongoing issue with airflow to one side of our home. Gary came to our home and showed us several AC/furnace models that he was confident would solve our problem. We decided to trust Gary and scheduled his team to set up our new AC and furnace. When they installed the units it was projected to rain, but they removed our old AC anyways. Then it was raining so much that they couldn’t safely install the new one. Days went by (in late June) with no AC before they could officially install the new one, and it was HOT. Inconvenienced, I asked Gary for a discount, and he didn’t offer anything or even apologize. Our air flow issue also wasn’t solved. Come winter, we had the same issue with our furnace. Their tech thought our system needed another air return. I showed him a spot in our home where a return might be, and it was covered up by the previous home owners. He went into our crawl space and said there was nothing connected. He also said we had damaged duct work after inspecting our crawl space. Gary also came out, didn’t look at anything himself personally, and quoted us $300 for the duct work and a new return. (Mind you, we already spent over $6,000 on a new HVAC system that didn’t solve our problems and they didn’t offer to make it right.) We took a while to think about it, and decided in early June to go for it. Gary said he’d have to take another look for whatever reason, and then quoted us $600 due to supply costs having gone up. I asked him if there was anything they could do since we were relying on them to have checked that before offering an expensive HVAC system. He said no and that they just assume everything is fine. He said he was going to have a tech look at everything to get us a detailed bid, but nothing happened. I called them weeks later and they forwarded Gary to me, and he said he was busy and said he’d call me back the following week, nothing. Finally, we contacted a different company and found out tha
They came in and I one day had the old hvac removed and the new one in and running by the end of the day. Great people!
Our air conditioner stopped working on the hottest day of the year so far.(7/19/22). The next morning I contacted multiple companies regarding our air conditioner. Most companies were booked up for several days, some companies didn't even answer the phone, and required me to leave a message. Not only did Larry Cook Heating and Cooling answer the phone, but they were able to book an appointment that same day! Not only that, but the technician called me about an hour and a half after I booked the appointment to let me know he had a cancelation and could be by in 15 minutes! It was a small part on the outside unit that needed to be replaced, and he had the part with him. All in all, from the time I initially called, to the time my ac was fixed, was a little less than 3 hours! Also, the technician that came out was very nice and helpful, and gave me some tips on how to make sure my ac unit stayed functioning at maximum capacity. All in all, it was a wonderful interaction with this company, and will definitely become a repeat customer, and refer everyone I know to use Larry Cook Heating & Cooling.
Super prompt business! We talked with Brad when our AC unit went out and he came out the next day to look at everything and was friendly, thorough, & reliable. He answered all our questions and knew what would be the best fit for us. He set up an appointment with us for the following day and we were able to get our new AC unit. Brad really went the extra mile for us! Shout out also to the team of technicians who installed the unit! I only met 1 after work named Brian (or Bryan) but he was real down to earth and was happy to do the job.
I want to thank the team from Larry Cook Heating and Cooling! They did a fantastic job installing both heating and cooling units at our home! Their technicians were very professional and very responsive to any concerns that I had! I recommend this company to anyone needing this type of work.
