We've been regular customers of Larkin for many years and Ryan provides excellent service at an excellent price. Really saved us last summer when the aircon died. A competitor company dragged me outside in +100 deg heat to watch him dramatically unplug it, say no hope, and then use high pressure sales tactics to sell me a deluxe system. Ryan showed up an hour later, got the old unit running, found the warranty, and replaced it the next week. Saved me a ton of money, gave me no stress, and kept me airconditioned. I highly recommend this company.
If you need any help with your HVAC I can't recommend Ryan enough. He installed our AC, has helped our friends and family on more then one occasion, and always bends over backwards for us. I always feel confident sending people his way because he's taken such good care of us.
Ryan installed our AC and its been wonderful. He's super responsive, was on time to every scheduled appt, and had it done within a week. We appreciate him so much!
We have had Larkin service our gas fireplace, air conditioning units, furnace, and Hvac units. They’re professional, efficient, honest, and I would recommend them and have over and over again.
They replaced an AC unit for me years ago and I was very impressed. I had a furnace acting up recently, called, left a voicemail and never heard back. Guess things have changed since we used them the first time.
Ryan is very professional and knowledgeable. He informed of what he was doing, how to troubleshoot and was friendly. I will recommend him to everyone. I'm a very satisfied, happy customer. I have the greatest of confidence in his work and can say that he has great work ethics.
Ryan is a great guy, very professional. He recently fixed my furnace, replaced a mother board and a gas valve. He did not charge me anything since the unit was under warranty (but the covering period was close to the end!). He even came back the second day to check ensuring the furnace is working fine. Definitely my go-to for any HVAC needs in the future.
We had a blown fuse in our furnace, and dreaded calling a professional to come see it because we didn't have much money. They came out to look at it, diagnosed the problem in about a minute, fixed it as quickly, then showed me what the problem was so I could understand and fix it in the future. They didn't charge much either. Definitely my go-to for any HVAC needs in the future
It was 17 degrees outside and 1:30 a.m.. My moms furnace stopped working. She called Larkin and he was up to her house and had it fixed by 3:30 a.m! What wonderful customer service!!! Highly recommend!

Ryan was amazing. He installed an entire new system (usually a 6 hour job) in less than 2. He is always on time and has helped us through the last two winters. No one was willing to come out during the holiday when our heater went out for the first snow storm. Ryan showed up in less than an hour and had heat going also within an hour. Prices are fair and willing to work with. Definitely recommend to everyone.
I bought my AC system from Ryan about 10 years ago. It has been flawless until a couple of days ago. It stopped blowing cold air. I immediately went and looked at my air filter and then realized I hadn't replaced it in over 6 months (My bad).I turned off the system, went and bought a new filter, and booted it back up. Still nothing but warm air. I called Ryan (on a Friday night) in hopes he could come and fix it for me. He quickly returned my call and walked me through what to do to get it back up and running again. He didn't charge a thing. I KNOW that a less honest business owner with the same knowledge could have easily charged me whatever they wanted for a service call and come over and done the exact same thing. Ryan is an honest dude. I have referred a few friends and family to him over the years. You're in good hands if you buy your stuff from him.
Extremely professional and courteous, as well as very punctual. Got a major job done within two hours and serviced me with extremely short notice. Very pleased, would recommend.
My furnace broke two years ago so I called Larkin Heating and Cooling even though I didn't know them. The owner, Ryan, came right away and fixed the problem for $59. Previously, I'd called a different Hvac company for this same issue. They had insisted on a new part and a total repair of $2,000. What a difference! This winter I had Ryan install a new Amana two-stage furnace. It keeps my house within 1 degree of what I set the thermostat at. Ryan recommended this furnace for even heating, which is exactly what I was looking for. I'm also having Ryan install a whole-house humidifier. I would never do this if I hadn't met him because I fear getting ripped by big companies. But with Ryan, I feel 100% confident he'll do an optimal job at a FAIR price.
Larkin has done all my Family's Heating and Air Conditioning for like 10 years or longer, they are the best Hvac company to work with or have in your house hands down, I trust them, there work is great, they are really nice and I will always recommend them to everybody I know, if any of my property's has had an issue they immediately fix it, and they will always be my go to. I have always used Larkin HVAC of Utah for my heating and air for the last 10 years. Our furnace which was 30 years old finally needed to be put to rest and a new one one installed. They gave us a better price and a better unit than anyone in the valley! Techs arrived earlier than scheduled time, wore masks and covers over their shoes, super friendly and had the whole system up and running the same day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
I called last minute on Friday and was able to get an appointment for Tuesday. Brain was on time and did an awesome job. He explained what he was doing and why. He never seamed annoyed by my question and took care great care of us. I highly recommend Larkin HVAC!! Keep your money with this local company you will not be disappointed. We had a few quotes from other companies but nobody was as thorough in their estimate as Larkin HVAC. They were also the best price. They were detailed in their installation and we couldn't be happier! Professional and friendly throughout the entire process. We still need to add a Central Air unit, but they've got us all ready to go when we do. Thank you Larkin and staff!!!
