Lanier was referred to us from our neighbor and we're happy to say that my wife and I were not disappointed with their overall service and courtesy! We've used this company twice, once for a HVAC repair and once for yearly maintenance of the HVAC systems. We are thoroughly satisfied and will be using this company moving forward!
We recently had the AC replaced due to a repeated coil failure issue and parts availability. Everything was handled timely and with great care. Highly recommend!
We found Lanier Heating and Cooling through our local neighborhood. We were very pleased on how they took the time to figure out what was going on with our mini-split a/c unit. Up and running again! We highly recommend them as professionals and willing to go that extra step to keep us cool.
We had to replace our 20+ yr old HVAC system that was no longer performing as needed. The Lanier's arrived promptly at their promised time. They worked diligently to install our new unit. They were accurate on the estimated install time. They removed the old unit without any damage to our house and did not leave any mess for us to clean up. So far our new unit works like a dream and we have been promised should anything not go as we expected that they would be here to make it right. Very happy with Lanier Heating and Cooling and will only use them for future needs. Highly recommend!
I came home from vacation in mid June to an air conditioner that was not working! I immediately called Wes and he came out to diagnose my issue. Unfortunately he was tasked with telling me that I needed a new unit. I got 2 other quotes and he was the best quote I got. He only required half of the money up front, got it all done in one day, and didn't leave until he tested everything and made sure the unit was cooling properly. I have had him come out and do a maintenance and two years later, my unit has been working great. My electric bill has gone down during the winter months expecially! I love my unit! I have referred several people to Lanier Heating and Cooling!
Wes is amazing at the diagnosis of any HVAC issues and more importantly fixing them! He has completed routine maintenance at my first home where he found my units to be in future need of new capacitors so he promptly bought and replaced to prevent them going out during the heat (Aug). Preventive is my middle name when it comes to my AC. At our second home the HVAC wasn’t blowing air! He found the motor inside the air handler to be bad, he got a new one and replaced it and the capacitor, he also added float switches in the drain pan and emergency drain line to be up to code! He did all this for an amazingly fair price! Best part is I know it is done right! I would recommend him 1000 times over.
