Hands down the best Heating and AC Repair company in Los Angeles. The staff are professional and they helped me resolve repeat AC issues by replacing a fan coil. Response time is quick and they go the extra mile to insure you’re taken care of. If you need a great HVAC company, I recommend Landeen for sure!

They made it easy to figure out what we could do to add central air to our 1929 Spanish style home that had never had central air ever. William and his team were clean fast and professional, punctual, friendly and courteous. William listened to our needs and worked within our requirements and budget. The install was fast and went off without any issues. All their hard work in a fast and quiet installation gave us the air conditioning we had been missing, needless to say it was awesome! There is no one better to call to handle your HVAC needs. I picked Landeen out of 20 companies and they were worth every penny. My HVAC system is now the best of the best. I could not be more pleased.
On a recommendation from a friend, we called Landeen after the AC in our rental unit went out on a day with 110 degree temperatures. Their following day was already fully booked, but they showed up the next day, diagnosed and replaced a defective motor for what I thought was a very reasonable price. Our tenants and we were delighted with the speed of service, careful workmanship and efficient office staff.
Two years ago Landeen Heating & Air installed a complete new HVAC system resulting in increased efficiency and lower operating cost. The price was very competitive. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. About two months ago, in preparation for the summer season, I discovered the AC was not working. Within hours of placing a phone call to Landeen a technician arrived and determined there was a problem with the wiring between the Heater/Ventilation unit and the AC unit. William Landeen arrived the following morning and replaced the problem wire with new conduit and wire. Prompt service, friendly people and reasonable pricing. Great customer service and delivery. Doug is a good technician who diagnosed the issue with my a/c unit in less than a minute. They fixed it rapidly and it is working as good as new.
William and crew are the best. Two big jobs in 18 months....All new system and ductwork - followed by re-positioning it a year later in our attic. Perfect work. Punctual - considerate and thorough.

Landers was excellent from the Owner to the installers. Process was as smooth as can be, they also offer financing.
Was very hopeful this guy would help us. The heater in my Mom’s house is in good working order. Has been cleaned and inspected by the gas co. It was working fine when it would come on, but has a loose wire that keeps it from coming on every time. The woman on the phone wouldn’t even talk to me after finding out the home was built in 1958.
Have used this company for over 10 years. Very impressed with the quick response, professional aptitude, and friendly family atmosphere. Two years ago installed a completely new Heat and A/C unit. Received long term financing and a great price. Landeen is a family business and is highly recommended by the Andrew Simko Family. They have never disappointed us and they will not disappoint you.
The previous AC repair company came in and quickly recommended a replacement of the system. Even going so far as to replace it with one of much more tonnage than the one I have now. William came in and was able to fix the issue without replacing the system. Saved thousands in the process.
