They're COOOOL
I called to get an appointment she said I can get you in today (great!) I said Its 8 plus in my house an we are dying LOL canceled another company to come out because they got me in sooner, however when the tech show`s up BAM he told me because we live in a manufactured home the cant and wont service pretty much sorry about your time and luck!! This should have been something they should have said upon the fist contact. Called back talk to the same lady and yep she said they don`t and did really seem to care however they did recommend another company BUT with a wife that has stage four lung cancer and making planes to be here to hopefully get it fixed turned out to be a waist of my time and energy and now I cant get anyone here today because it is to late!! thanks guy`s ( Lancaster heating & Air ) for nothing at all but aggravation and a waist of time?
We have required 1 servicing & 1 troubleshooting visit each over the past month - both times services by the same tech out of the Canal Winchester office. The prices are reasonable; and the personal service & thorough work by the tech were amazing. Both calls were for urgent issues. The response & timeliness both times were very prompt, with very pleasant & helpful phone staff. Would love to give the company and our tech 10+⭐️!
We woke up with no heat and ended up needing our furnace repaired. Did a search online for the best hvac company in Lancaster and have these guys a call. Affordably priced and the technician provided an excellent service. Would recommend for anyone's future heating and ac repairs.

I was in a jam when my air stopped working and needed it repaired, so i priced around and Lancaster Heating & Air had the best prices, best customer services and the response time was on point! The tech that came out was very professional and detailed. I was able to get my air fixed fast and at a great price. I definitely recommend and will use again!
Great customer service. Tech that came was friendly and knew exactly what he was doing and was honest! Thought we were going to need a new system and we didn't, he saved us a ton of money. Highly recommend.
